As I see from previous reviews, which are not recent I might add, this company does not live up to it's claims to respond rapidly to a disaster. Here is my take on this whole situation: there is something called customer service that today is completely ignored and totally unacceptable. I can forgive an emergency if there is a reason for not showing up, but someone should have called us back to let us know they were not coming at all. My generation was raised to honor people's time and do what you say you are going to do. I refuse to subject myself to this type of work ethic anymore and will look elsewhere.
