We could not believe the quantity of lint material removed from our long 15 foot dryer duct, enough to fill at least half a bushel basket. Steve thoroughly cleaned the duct and dried it with a powerful blower. Afterwards it took less than half the time to dry a load of washed clothing. Our carpet looked amazingly improved after the cleaning (it was very dirty). However some of the heavily tracked areas still showed soil. We wonder if going over those areas a second time may have made a difference. The owner Steve and his son did all the work themselves, were efficient, courteous and knowledgable. All in all he did a good job on the carpet however there was a substantial soil pattern in the walk area that did not come clean. He is willing to come back out and clean that area a second time but for an extra fee. Carpets do not show soil entirely to a carpet cleaner until they are completely dry. I am from an area with tremendous choices in carpet cleaners. Where I am from prior to moving to the Traverse City area, carpet cleaners will come out within the first week and clean it a second time to see if they can remove the stain at no charge. Not the case with this company, not happy at all. He may be a good carpet cleaner but not good with customer service! Sadly still looking for a good carpet cleaner in the TC area.

He said he left his receipt book and couldn't write a receipt for the $150.00 service charge. I told him to send me one and bill me, he wanted his service charge now. I told him I wanted a company receipt for the service charge and for the amount of the job should he get it (quote) and once I received via mail,I would pay his service charge. I feel he didn't want the job but since he came out he would gouge a service charge out of me. A text message (paper trail) was sent to him requesting the above and he replied no charge,no invoice and get someone else. I would have used "" . This company is SPECTACULAR!…read more I drove 2 days straight from Texas to Petoskey in order to house sit for my sister's kids & pets. I arrived at 4:30pm & opened the garage door only to have water come rushing from under the door out into the driveway. Upon fast investigation, the water filter housing had cracked and water was spraying everywhere! There was a few inches of water in the garage and mud room. I called a family friend, who in turn sent over a plumber. The plumber suggested that we contact our insurance company and Bay Area Clean Clear. We did. Within an hour on a Sunday night, the Bay Area Clean Care van arrived. They got right to work and kept us informed each step of the way. As the sun went down, the temperatures started to drop. We had no water & no heat (because the boiler was right in the middle of the shower). In my sexiest outfit (2 sweatshirts & layered sweat pants..Keep in mind, I left temps in the 80's in Texas!) ...I asked if they might have a heater we could use in the living room to camp out & not freeze. The employee went back to his shop at 10:30pm at night to get us a commercial heater (which was not even included or needed for their clean up efforts.) They worked until well after midnight and returned at 9:00am to continue. They were extremely professional and simply good compassionate people. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! This company has renewed my faith in humanity.

We had planned to have two small oriental rugs cleaned, but the cleaner tested each of them and determined that the colors would run using the process used on the rest of the carpeting. Had he not gone the extra mile to test the rugs they could have easily been ruined! We've used this company in the past and it continues to provide excellent service. Would highly recommend to others.
