The technician barely inspected under the sink, spent time outside on the phone, and then told us we needed new pipes costing over $1,000. No effort was made to snake or clear the clog, and the explanation given (possible frozen pipes) didn't make sense, especially since other sinks in our home were working fine. He even seemed surprised when we told him our bathroom drains had no issues. Later the day, we hired another plumber who quickly identified the real problem, cleaned the line properly, and fixed the issue completely. This experience felt rushed, dismissive, and sales-driven. I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work from this company. The classic bad-service/upsell-heavy visit was a major red flag. Will not be using again.

This type of AC unit is way more efficient. Just got it so not sure yet how much it will reduce my bill but I can tell you that it is whisper quiet and the house is ice cold. The way it works helps remove humidity and I am sure the drier air is why the house just feels much colder at the same temperature setting

They were supposed to just replace one pipe. Resulting in me having no water for 6 days. Before they came to my house the water was running like it should. Because I need water ( I'm no plumber) I paid one plumber and a plumbing company to find out what was causing this. The plumbing company found; 1- that my water was turned off from inside the house (I didn't even know that this mechanism was there), and 2- the gas valve to my dryer was not turned back on this caused my dryer was not hea up. Therefore, Ive called for two weeks and asked Joe for reimbursement of the cost to find out why I didn't have running water. Im have not been reimbursed yet.

I could not see or get to the leak, but initially called a plumber who recommended an entire new sewer line for 5K. A second opinion was in order, and I called American Leak Detector to investigate. It took Matt and Mike about 30 minutes to find the leak and also fix. Turns out it was a drain cap that had come loose or rusted off of a cleanout line and every time the kitchen sink turned on, water dribbled out of the open access. Mike even took a video with his camera to show me the problem. These guys were top shelf and could get to places I thought impossible. It was such a relief to have the problem identified AND repaired. Very professional and very nice guys. After their inspection, they marked a spot under my concrete slab and stated that the leak was located there. Based on their findings, my plumbing company spent an entire day cutting through and removing a section of the slab, which cost me thousands of dollars. After the slab was opened, it became clear that there was no leak in the location Arkansas Leak Detection had identified. The actual leak was more than 20 feet away from the spot they marked. I contacted Arkansas Leak Detection to discuss the issue and seek a resolution. I was told that the owner would call me back, but I never received a return call. Over the following weeks, I made several additional attempts to contact the company regarding a refund or at least a discussion about what happened. Unfortunately, neither the owner nor anyone else from the company ever followed up with me. My experience was extremely disappointing. The inaccurate leak location resulted in significant unnecessary expense, and the complete lack of communication afterward demonstrated very poor customer service.
