They took out an additional 18"x9ft piece of drywall and placed their dehumidifiers in the room for a day. When I asked if the cost to fix was from start to finished product, including re-drywall and fix the pipe, they said "yes." 3k later, they didn't fix anything. They just took the above mentioned 18" piece of drywall out and also, tore up carpet that I didn't agree on being torn up. Very disappointed with their customer service and overall fact they didn't fix anything. Would not recommend, at all.
