Tried to send them away but they were very forceful. Bottom line - I over paid for an ok job. When I complained the owner called and berated me. Still makes me upset." I have called them a couple of times now and no matter what time you call, there's an answering service that takes the call now. Even after leaving 2 messages, no return calls. Of course being busy with the holidays it was a little tricky to get an appointment but after I was able to, I received an email confirmation with the window that the crew would arrive. A four-man crew worked quickly and efficiently throughout my house make sure not to drip water wiping up any spills etc. Windows inside and out tracks and screens were clean. Had them over to do our house before we moved in. They used a method on the exterior windows where it drip-dries and they do not squeegee or wipe them down. 90% of my windows are completely spotted from the water drying (not spot free). They claim to use a method that dries spot free but that is a false claim. The owner called me and basically said I was mistaken and that never happens. I have the photos to prove it and I do not recommend this company. At the high pricepoint, they charge its ridiculous that a window cleaning company left my windows dirtier than before they arrived. read more

Stanley Window came today and this is the 4th time for me. They sent three guys and they did all the windows and pressure washed the front path and the back patio. I am very happy with their work and everything looks great. My only worry is that I always seem to schedule when it's due to rain. I know they will come back to touch up if it does. From the moment of making first contact with Stanley Window Care, their follow up, prompt arrival, and standard of service was excellent. Most service companies can do an acceptable job, but when there was a reason to call Jason back due to a minor oversight, he responded immediately and took care of the issue that very afternoon. The true gauge of how good a company is, is how they address an problem and in this regard Jason deserves the highest positive mention. To local residents of Newport Beach. Today I was shocked to see how much the price of cleaning my windows had gone up. I have used Stanley Windows to clean for over 15 years. Today I was charged $495 for 3 people that were here for 2 hours. Thats $165 each! When I voiced my concerns, I received a call from the owner Jared. He made reference to my homes location and that he did not live in such a nice area after being in business for 25+ years. I was shocked! He then went on to say my next visit would be $600. Well, that's not going to happen. Has anyone else been ripped off for where they live? Anyway, looking for a new window cleaning service for my next cleaning. We have used Stanley 3 times over the years with mixed results each time. The first visit was very poor as widows were still dirty and the trim around the windows weren't wiped at all. The second time was ok and better so we thought let's do it again. The third visit was not good. We had 4 guys show up amd worked fast but the windows had spots on them and the sills were still dirty. They offered to come back but we decline. Going somewhere else in the future read more

I've used this company in the past and they do a good job window cleaning. However today they came to my home I'm SB. A kid working for them dragged a hose thru my wood chips and all the chips were scattered in my peddle border. There was no supervision. It has ruined the area. I've had to spend over an hour cleaning up. I will have to remove the peddles completely if I can't get this corrected. The owners of this company need to supervisor their employees. Wow, these guys showed up like an army with a mission. Everyone was wearing nice clean uniforms. They all appeared to be native English speakers and a few seemed to speak Spanish too. They called before coming over and showed up on time. They instantly set out to work inside and out; I swear it reminded me of a swarm of insects devouring dirt off our windows. Quickly they were finished and I saw the owner (I think it was the owner) checking over every window in the house and every sliding glass door sill. When I went down stairs after they had gone, I was sure they back slider was open, but indeed it was just perfectly clean. It even opened and closed more easily because of the great job cleaning out the track. I couldn't have been happier with their job and that is why I gave them 5 stars. LAME LAME LAME! Would NEVER recommend or use again. I would imagine all of the previous reviews are relatives. Sad work. When I called to have our windows ACTUALLY WASHED, that didn't mean to SPRAY our entire houseful of wood windows in 30 min or less with their 'special deionized' water and leave every wood window dripping the excess dirt and water from the frames. NOW WE have to wipe down the whole house. USELESS! NEVER again. And yet one more thing - after having spent the rest of our afternoon wiping off wood window frames - we are now having to move the patio furniture back where it was before they started because they didn't finish their job......couldn't be more aggravated with a company and being ripped off. read more

Stanley quoted me $240. I stayed home for the appointment. When they arrived, they revised the quote to over $700. I contacted the owner. Her response was that it was 'unfortunate'.
