Noticed on the way home they had only 3 lug nuts out of 8 on each of 4 wheels. They met me on the highway and fixed that. Noticed at home that many of the bare metal surfaces had no paint on them at all, and nothing had been primed, although I paid for that. After leaving messages, the owner finally called me, and she was friendly and stated she wanted to make it right, and would have it painted correctly. She would call back with a time. That was almost a year ago now. No call back. This was the Moses Lake, WA store.

I had to leave it with them, because we had to get back across the mountains for work. I headed back over to pick it up on 5/26, and after paying the ridiculous amount for the brake job, I headed back across the mountains. As I was getting off of I90, one of the mounting bolts on one side of the brake assembly fell out, and caused a catastrophic failure. Brake assembly destroyed, along with the rim and the tire. After reaching out to them several times, I finally got a response from the owner saying that they would have it fixed on the west side, so I didn't have to get it back across the mountains. Didn't hear back after that. At this point I am going to have to get it fixed myself, and take them to small claims court. It's unfortunate that they are not willing to stand behind their work. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.
