Stopped by to look for a laptop carrier. Toward the back they had a huge front and back facing display of backpacks, with at least 4 signs broadcasting 50% off backpacks. So after looking at Hurley, Jansport, Timberland, Puma, Wenger, etc. I picked an unpriced gray Incase backpack. There must have been at least 5 in two colors hanging from hooks on the display. Up front, I was told it was $79.95. I asked if that was after the 50% backpack discount. He said he would check and went to the back. Someone in the back okayed taking 50% off the $79.95, but as he was ringing it up he needed an override. Mr. Torres came over and said this item was not a backpack, though it had backpack straps, it was hanging in the backpack area and the manufacturer's tag identified it as a backpack. The sales person told him that someone who's name begins with T had okayed the discount. Ignoring that statement, he then corrected himself and said it was not a "school" backpack (no indication on 50% off backpack sign about only school backpacks) and refused to do the override, repeatedly telling me it was not a backpack! He made me feel angry and stupid. He should have just said that a mistake had been made. I told him he was wrong and left the store. So if you want to feel stupid and then angry about really nothing, this is the store for you. read more

Terrible customer service and very disorganized. I ordered 100 5*7 business flyers which took about 40 minutes to upload and create. Guy helping me was helpful and trying hard, but way too understaffed and customers were visibly annoyed. The worst part is he said they would be ready at 8:30 pm. I went back the next day at 10:30am to be safe and the employees could not find my order. Then they finally figured out it was never printed and told me to wait 30 minutes while they printed it. read more

Never really had a great expierence here. All staples are over priced your much better off going to Costco, Walmart , amazon or even Walgreens to get supplies. You will literally pay half especially on ink, binders and office supplies. That being said sometimes you just need to get in and out and that what this place is for. If there is a line though you will wait as there is never that many cashiers. The store is for the most part clean and organized. The staff is very hit or miss. I tried using the printing services after placing an order online I was called and told it could not be done it was to large and the binding wouldn't fit. Fine that ok ... I was told to come in tomorrow at 12pm and it would be done. I arrived a little late and was told they were going to call me because half the pages didn't print. I guess it happens although they could have called earlier. I uploaded the document onto the site and the pdf was fine . So it was staples.com issue. I asked if I could pull up my email and give them the file again and was told this only could be done if I paid for the computer time. I chose not to do this. I tried to upload the file on my phone and the site kept messing up not letting me checkout. I had to work so I left. After work I downloaded the Kinkos app and uploaded the file. I got an email it was done and picked it up a few mins later. A much better expiernce. So for printing use Kinkos in white plains for supplies amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, or Sam's club. read more

I know it's back to school time. But come on, went in for one item and they told me I had to wait in the line that literally wrapped around the entire store. If you have customers with fewer items you should have an express line. read more

Completely useless. I called asking if they could print addresses on envelopes for my wedding invitations and the saleswoman very rudely explained to me that they "don't do that here." (Despite the fact that they have an entire printing department). Not sure why they'd be able to print on posters, banners, etc. but refuse to print on envelopes. read more

The easy tech service is sub par, rude and incompetent. They tried to weasel 50 dollars out of my 90 year old grandfather for canceling an appointment he made. Not only did they not tell him about the cancellation policy, but they never showed up the day they were supposed to and claimed they called. The tech Shawn is a liar and the manager Harry is useless. read more

Terrible service, bad attitudes of staff. Work was promised by 7:00PM and I was told it wasn't done. I was also told rudely that it wasn't going to get done until the next day because the person was working alone. If my reproductions are not ready by mid day tomorrow as promised, I will take my pictures elsewhere and I don't plan on ever going back to this store. read more

BY FAR THE WORST STAPLES I HAVE EVER BEEN IN! Being that this staples is centrally located with both my workplace and home I have gone in a few times for copy/printing jobs. After the last two experiences I will never give this staples location another penny. The customer service is completely nonexistent, specifically the copy center (young female with blonde highlighted hair and bangs). Both times she was out of line yelling at her manager for all to hear and ignoring the line of customers. Then when she finally decided to pay the least bit of attention to the line she turned all business away saying she didn't have time and find somewhere else to go. Another time I was promised to have my copy project done in a week, I went in on the promised day she said I can't find it you'll need to come back another day when someone else is in that can look for it and walked away. This is not an acceptable way to treat paying customers. read more

Last night my husband and I went to buy a planner for work. The cashier lady didn't really greet us (which is normal for them...if guess). She asked me to enter my phone number and I did as she rang my husbands planner up. She then told me the total amount and I asked her if I had any coupons since I had left some ink cartridges a few weeks ago. She rudely said no and if it was she would of seen it or that I should check my email. I told her I would check my email and that she could ring the other person up. She then rolled her eyes and told me she had already rung me up and she would have to cancel the transaction, and claimed I was making her do MORE WORK! I would understand her more if there was a long line, but there was literally one guy in line. I did say "well you are working right?". My husband was really annoyed my her customer service and rudeness and decided to leave. Try to avoid the lady with really short short hair. She couldn't have been more rude with her comments and needless to say unhelpful. Staples really needs to teach their employees what customer services is about!!!! read more
