Office Depot has an excellent, full service copy desk that does not require the use of a pre-purchased copy card, which is one benefit to coming here for copy needs. There is usually a quick turnaround time and they offer collating, colour copies, binding, stapling, and other services. I ordered a box of one thousand simple business cards here for only $20.

Although they have a large selection it is quite costly compared to Walmart/amazon or even the dollar store. The printing area is always beyond busy and scattered with no clear indication what line is for what. You can tell the employees do not like working there.

He gave us enough information we needed to do things on our own but kept checking back in on us & happy to answer any questions we came across. He took time to help my friend and me understand what her wedding invites would look like printed from the types of paper options listed. He provided good examples why it's cheaper to place the online order for a normal pace vs in-person or even as a day request. Also explained why different things cost more (and why you can't bring paper in for them to print on). He showed us what format was needed (it's better in png for staples Canva system than pdf), knew enough about the online system to guide us through the order site randomness & help us get the print layout she wanted. What really was the above & beyond effort on his part, he recognized how painful the system was to resubmit (the site froze twice on us) so as he had created the samples pieces, he had all the info to start on the invite order (and was half way completed before we left). It was wonderful to confirm that things were completed the way she wanted for the largest invite piece. The only reason I selected 4 stars on here is that as a disabled person, I was struggling to stand for us to complete the order. Thank goodness for a sturdy counter but this has been a long time issue of mine at any staples when doing print jobs (whether by myself at the individual printers or at the main desk when helping friends). A few counter height stools would make the world of difference. Heck, I would of been happy with a bench or some "demo" office chairs. Especially as I had to keep shuffling out of my leaning spot for other customers to use the debit machine (they had it connected to the other till but weirdly placed on the other side of the second till standing space). Other than very sore feet (and my aching back), we were both very happy with the service & what will be printed. Special thanks to the guy that truly went above & beyond regular print shop help (he never did share his name but dude deserves a gold star today!).

I drove in, from out of town to buy a desk, that the website showed as in stock for pick up. Upon arrival I asked staff to help with the desk. First employee went looking, About 10-15 minutes later, a different employee asked what I needed.. I repeated my simple request a third time. I waited in the store for about 30 more minutes before I went looking for help.. the store was nearly empty. I found the employee who said he was looking for me, but "he couldn't find me" (again store nearly empty). Then he told me they don't have the desk (I was now assuming the floor model was the "1 in stock") so i drove home and tried to order the "1 in stock online", They said I could purchase it at a discount (manager approved), I would just have to go to the store and they would refund and charge me again, in the store at the discounted price.. So i drove to the store again, when I arrived the same manager told me they just sold it. About 6 staff members huddled for a while leaving me standing there. I ended up getting the floor model at the discounted price, however two days later I still have the charge on my account for the full price of the desk originally placed.... Brutal customer service here, starting with the manager.

Main reason was one of the Salespeople was aggressively flogging an extended warranty instead of keeping the line moving. Compared to most Staples, this location is much more aggressive at pitching worthless extended warranty.

I check task manager and it says, the max amount of storage on this device is 28 gigabytes of storage. Mind you I paid 70$ for this 1tb,1000 gigabyte hdd. You may say well return it, I can't because as soon as you open the product it is unreturnable.
