He fumbles through my apps and hands me the phone, this is the best part, and says "what's your other problem"? I then put on my not happy face and tell him he hasn't addressed the first issue. His reply, "call tech support". I "F" bomb, you've got to be kidding me. He proceeds to ask me to watch my language, like I should appreciate him doing nothing and telling me to contact tech support.
