Revival has competitive pricing, but more important than that to me is the quality of the customer service I've received. They are very attentive, friendly, patient, and ask good questions about what's going on. They have never looked down on me for not knowing all the answers, which is what I've gotten at other stores. They're also a locally-owned and operated business, not a chain, so if you like to shop local, this is a great spot for you. I brought my iPhone 7 in after it stopped charging and because it was a simple fix they actually did it for free!! The other shops said they'd charge me $80+ to do the same fix. Servify says this company has insurance for damage as a result of their in-custody handling and usually pays the claim fee. They brag that their owner is a retired cop to lend credibility that they are honest engines but if he knows about this and didn't call me after all my complaints there, then he probably should have been a Lawyer or car salesman.
