I ordered HP print cartridges on a Wednesday from Staples. I was going to go to the store and purchase the item that they said was in stock, but was promised that the ink jet cartridges would be delivered on Friday, that latest. The item was not delivered on Friday. I then received notice that it was delayed by the delivery driver and it would be delivered on Monday. I called Staples 1-800 number and after waiting on hold for customer service was disconnected. This is the second time Staples has done this to a delivery. I should have known better. Just want to warn everyone that Staples delivery service is very deadline unreliable. Better to go to Walmart or Target. read more

not sure what her name was exactly but the brunette whose name started with a K over in printing and marketing is very useless. anyway she doesn't know how her own job works. madi was helpful enough to set the issue straight but at that time i was ready to go to the staples at the forum, which i did. Rich over at that staples was very helpful and my labels were printed on the spot, unlike at this staples above that claims they don't use customers labels (although that's actually the process a staples employee told me to follow) anyway, this isn't the first time this staples has given me an issue. i will never come here again. if i could do 0 stars i would. read more

Print and service area is the WORST. Was told (wrongfully) the scanners for customers are the same as having a rep scan it. After complaining of the quality from the scanner I was referred to I was told it would be two hours to have one picture scanned which I was willing to wait for quality. Two hours later my order is ready, I take my USB with my scan back to my house only to discover that there is no image on it. I call and complain only to be talked down to rudely by the person who actually scanned it. Their excuse; I don't know what happened, I know for a fact the image is on the USB.(It was not). Do NOT shop at this Staples location unless you enjoy being wrongfully accused of shoplifting a $2.99 folder. If you're making copies, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT walk in with any kind of folder to protect/carry your stack of copies. If you do, the cashier, RYAN, will automatically assume you're a thief and publicly shame you. He will call the manager and make a spectacle of you. For this store's sake, I hope they do a better job of weeding out people who lack tact, good judgement, customer service skills, etc. I walked in this Staples today (late afternoon) with a folder I previously purchased months ago and made a stack of copies for work in the copy section. A woman assisted me in the copy section and I PAID for the copies before tucking them in the same small $2.99 folder I BROUGHT from my car. My folder was not hidden in my purse; it was in my hand for the 15 minutes I spent in the copy section. After I purchased the copies, I then grabbed two items: a pack of pens and a pack of paper clips, and then got in line. The cashier, RYAN, tried to ring up the folder I BROUGHT into the store with me, and when I tried to explain I BROUGHT it in with me, he didn't believe me and called in his manager. I advised the manager to please check the security cameras or even my Staples Rewards records, and she'll she I simply brought in a folder so I could protect my copies. The manager was understanding and said she believed me. RYAN then left his register and stomped into the office without any kind of apology! UNBELIEVABLE! Why do you hire people who behave this way to your loyal, paying customers?! In 39 years, I've never been accused of shoplifting anything! It's a horrible, horrible feeling I wouldn't wish on anyone. If Staples is no longer allowing people to bring in a small folder to protect their copies, then please POST a sign of some kind letting your customers this is strictly prohibited and enforced. Came in to utilize their UPS Shipping center and with not one person in line it took them right at an hour to complete the shipping transaction of 2 boxes. Double check the addresses they place on your packages - 3 mistakes later finally correct and if we hadn't double checked would have not gone to correct location. Just do yourself a favor a go elsewhere to ship. read more

Pretty typical Staples, albeit on the smaller side with not as large of a selection of brands outside of Staples and HP. What I did like was the helpfulness of the staff. Three people stopped on their way to doing something else to ask if I needed help or had questions. I was browsing and didn't think I looked clueless, but maybe I'm wrong. Ew. This location is a rat infested, low-lighting warehouse of crazy high prices and the worst customer service possible. I arrived for basic printing services. The gentleman at the print center took other customers while helping me, received my email to print 5 pages, and then allowed me to wander around the store for 15 minutes before he finally told me that he needed at least 30 more minutes for the printer to "warm up." Was this the first print job they've had in 2016? 45 minutes minimum to warm up a printer? Then another gentleman had no idea what "stationery" meant. He was humble -- but had little knowledge of his inventory or understanding of basic products. When I found the items on my own, they looked like 1980s leftovers and the prices were from 2030. My business is DONE with Staples! This store is a joke. First sold me the wrong ink cartridges even after giving them the correct printer info. Then upon return was told they don't carry the correct ones in stock and they would be delivered to my business next day. Tried to ring the order on two different terminals, a total clown car scenario and no manager present. After check out the delivery date is now five days not one. If you run a business and time is valuable, STAY AWAY! These people are time vampires. read more

This Staples can be a hit or miss, truth be told. I've had "better experiences" with the tech squad (the computer guys) in other stores, but as a whole, Staples seems to be on the competitive edge with other office supply chains. The bummer is what used to be a fairly decent rewards system for ink purchases. Now it's limited to what you buy and how often, so I don't feel the need to "have to run" to this store so quick. I'd rather take my chances and find a deal if I need ink. read more
