I went to staples yesterday looking for a particular lamp. I explained to an employee that I was looking for a particular clip on desk lamp that I saw online which said it was in stock here. The employee said " no, nothing like that here". I asked were the lamps were stocked. Without saying another word he pointed in a direction. I found the lamps and the one in question. It is absolutely perfect and does the exact what I needed it to do. I suggest some customer relations training for the staff at this store. read more

So we stopped off at Staples in Sandusky, Oh today to pick up the new HP printer which we saw a week ago (8/22/23), on sale (until Friday 9/16/23) for $69.99 ($30 off from original price of $99.99). I even took pictures of that sale tag last week when we were there. So today, I go right to the printer to purchase it and the sale tag is removed and not only sale no longer in effect BUT now the original price is $25 higher at $124!!! WHAT??? So I go up to the guy (same one who talked with us last week) and asked him about it. He said what does it say now? I said $124. He said Corporate pulled it. I said even when I have pictures of it on sale with the expiration date??? (which I showed to him.) He said yeah they can do that. I said they even raised it another $25! He said sorry coporate ordered that. So I said well they lost a sale. I was flabbergasted!!! Got in the car on the way home, searched online for the same printer at the sale price of $69.99 and found it through Walmart for the same deal with free shipping to our house! I was flabbergasted again and as soon as I got home I ordered it before the sale price was removed! I was just shocked that Staples would do such a thing and that they wouldn't honor the sale price even when I had proof on my phone with the expiration date. The sales person I talked with gets 5 because he's the one last week who was so knowledgeable and answered all my quotations and pretty much sold us on this printer and today he was just doing his job. Not his fault the company doesn't stand by their printed sales. Very disappointed in Staples "Corporate " decisions on sale items. Staples has lost a customer. read more

I needed some color copies made and they were Proffessional and knew exactly how to do what I was asking

I called to check if it was possible to purchase just a few sheets of card stock. I was first told they were over $1. I questioned the price then was told it was $.15 to $.31. I stopped in to pick it up and was told they only sell it by the ream. Supposedly no one spoke with me on the phone. Get it together Staples! read more

We visited Staples on Friday, March 1, 2019. We needed some work done on our laptop & PC tower. Jeremy did an awesome job on both, but our tower still took a dive the next day. We went back on Saturday, March 2 and met McClain (P. S. Management: McClain NEEDS A NAMETAG!!!) lol...He was so very polite and helpful. We got a refund for the tower work and we ended up buying TWO brand new tower-less/wireless 24" monitor computers (yes I am illiterate in the brands and what to call them, but Jeremy, McClain & the Manager on Duty know) PLUS a brand new HP ENVY 5000 All-in-One...I have always gone to Staples for all my office things & highly recommend it to anyone else! We come here for our office supplies for our business and are always happy with our products. Our printer for work suddenly stopped working so we called Staples to hold a printer for the next day. The pickup service was very fast and Shannon helped us get our printer and was very helpful. Our old printer had a different connection than the new printer, Kevin explained to us that our old cord wouldn't work and told us what to get. Located in the Park Place plaza near Lowes. I couldn't open a file on my computer and came in to see if there were computers to use. There are none but the gentleman working let me email him the file, he opened it and printed it for me. He then scanned it back to the computer, attached and emailed it to me. Talk about great customer service. read more
