Her name is Faith, she's an older woman, and I believe that her job needs to be reconsidered if she's going to treat everyone around her in such a horrible way. Horrible experience. Quite frankly this and awful store. I have been in on 3 separate occasions and each time there is absolutely no one to assist in the aisles. To make matters worse despite a line of customers at the register it was 1 cashier on all 3 visits. On my last visit she was handling returns as well so I walked out. I sent and email to corporate and the response way "We are sorry you had a bad experience". I know they are in financial difficultly and I can see why. Office supply store that sells pretty much anything you could need - from pens to keyboards to loose leaf paper. I often use this location for shipping as they have UPS, Fed Ex and USPS service available at the counter inside. I have also used there printing services and found them to be fast and friendly. The store is usually busy but has helpful staff on hand. read more

This store is much more functional and accessible since it's renovation. I primarily use this location for the print and copy service center and I appreciate that they invested in more modern equipment and that I have self service options now which helps during peak business hours. pre renovation I could potentially wait in line for over 30 minutes for a basic printing order. The staff I've interacted with in the store always appear to be knowledgeable on the different departments and the products they carry. I'm looking forward to being a continued customer at this store and hope it stays in its current location for many years to come. read more

Ever since starting as a professor, I have visited this Staples on a number of occasions in search of much needed supplies. This place has just about everything you could need in an office setting... unfortunately the pricing can be quite varied. For example, I found a number of planners/agendas for under $10 on my most recent visit but the address books there went for no less that $20! So... you can get a good deal on some things (like a Steno Pad at $1.50) but not so much on others. I use the Copy Center here quite frequently as well. You are charged for the copy machines by credit card... there is a small stand that reads the card and keeps track of your spending. The machines take a little getting used to so I have definitely paid my fair share in misprinted copies. Usually there is a line at the Copy Center kiosk so the employees that work in this section are mostly unavailable to assist with the self-service stations. Also, there is one machine in particular that seems to work all the time whereas the other consistently gives me problems. The store itself is always clean and organized in appearance. On a good visit, I can walk away from here feeling accomplished and finding several items at a good price. Other times, I wish I had better coupons or kept closer attention to the store's passing sale specials. read more

All you need for the office you can find here. One thing is missing, a nicer attitide from the sales people who work here. I am not big in printers, so brought my old tuners to changed them. They laughed at me as if I bring them something from the museum. So know that this museum printer is working perfectly for 6 years. 0 issues. Just change tuners. The manager was nice and ordered them for me. Got them after 3 days. So if you get NO. ask for the manager. It can turn to a YES. read more

Horrible shipping experience. Sent a package from this store to go via UPS. Not only did the package arrive 3 days after promised (and after our conference had concluded), Staples was zero help in a) getting a refund for the shipping costs, b) returning the materials to me, or c) providing any credit or compensation for the 15+ phone calls and time spent trying to figure out where this package was. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THE SHIPPING "SERVICES" AT STAPLES. GO DIRECTLY TO UPS AND DEAL WITH THOSE CLOWNS YOURSELF. Consider yourself warned. read more

Extremely poor customer service! I bought several rolls of Washi tape with cash about a month ago and (God forbid), threw away the receipt. When I opened the Washi tape recently, two of the rolls were defective -it was impossible to peel the tape off - it shredded when I tried. VERY frustrating! I took them back to Staples to exchange them for non-defective rolls. I was told that because I didn't have a receipt, I could NOT exchange them - even though they were obviously DEFECTIVE!!! I understand that they would not give me my money back - that's fine. But they absolutely refused to make an EVEN EXCHANGE of a WORKING PRODUCT FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!! I'm now out the money I spent on those rolls of tape - and Staples doesn't care about their customers or their satisfaction with their products. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! read more

Ugh. I know better than to come in here. Why do I torture myself like this? If I need office supplies I tend to buy them at any of the major discount stores or drugstores that sell them for much cheaper, and in a friendlier and faster manner. Today I had a need for a particular item, had only a few minutes to find it and wanted a decent selection to choose from. I quickly located the item and proceeded to the checkout. The cashier notices there is no price on it and asks me how much it is. I replied $11.99, since that was the price on the shelf. She tells me to hold on and off she goes to check on the price. The item was located in the back corner of the store. While I was waiting, the line really started to grow and people were getting a bit irate. Two people walked in at separate times and set off the security system. No one seemed to care, especially the guy in the copy center, where there was also a long line. Finally, the cashier came back, without my item! She said it would be a few minutes longer and then just stood and stared into the distance. I directed her to the two people that set off the security system that were waiting to tell someone. She said not to worry about it and that it was probably their cellphones. I'm sorry, but if cellphones are setting off your security system it's time to get a new one or disable the system. Waiting and still waiting and a manger finally comes back with my item and gives her the SKU#. Of course it rings up at a higher price. I don't have time to argue at this point because the few minutes I had to spare had long since passed while waiting. I finally leave and you guessed it, set off the security system. I was just waved on. If these stores were managed better they wouldn't all be closing. read more

I needed funeral programs in a hurry and called twice the night before speaking to someone who was super helpful and very nice about my really last minute order. When I went in the morning, my order was printed super early but I unfortunately formatted it in the wrong direction and they were already done... but Randall working in the copy center was awesome and let me get my computer, reformat it, and did the whole order over! The copy and print center here is the worst. I have had problems with Staples copy and print centers in the past, and they're pretty much all terrible, but my latest experience at this location was so darn annoying that I'm writing all about it here. Got there with a file to print. It's eight pages long. Ask to print pages 4-7. Grumpy employee prints pages 2-5. I kindly ask her to please reprint the correct pages, since I had only received two of the pages I had asked for. She grumpily told me that I needed to go behind the counter then, and show her exactly what I wanted. Ummm there were page numbers on the document; this really wasn't that hard. So I explicitly showed her the two that I wanted. AND SHE PRINTED THE WRONG ONES AGAIN. AND THEN TOSSED THEM ON THE COUNTER AND WALKED AWAY TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE. I was too annoyed to even bother to ask her again to print the correct pages, because she probably would have screamed at me and I was in no mood, so I did the passive aggressive thing and took my papers and had them printed elsewhere and wrote this Yelp review. Staples, what is your deal, man? Why can't you do anything right when it comes to the copy and print center?? However, the lady at the register is nice and funny and friendly and I always have fine interactions with her. It's just the copy and print center which is to be avoided. read more

On July 8th 2013 2:40pm I went to this Staples store to print something. After standing endlessly in the line for the two incompetent staff to serve the two customers before me I noticed one of the employee is a highschool kid on summer job and the other overweight lady staff clearly is just pretending to be busy. I asked them very nicely to produce a color document in A3 size. She said they are backed up and can't finish the job until TOMORROW. I told her it's 11.69x16.54 and she pointed to a print station and told me to help myself. The station charged my credit card, previewed the doc flawlessly, the job was sent to a printer. but the printer cannot print my word document because the doc is set in A3 format and they only print 11x17. I asked her to change it on her computer she said she can't do that. I asked to use a pay-as-you-use computer station but obviously it was somehow malfunctioning. I tried to fix it and she stopped me abruptly and told me not to touch anything. I asked nicely to use their laptops on display to quickly change my document page size. And she said "no you can't use our computers to do that" HORRIBLE, HOSTILE customer service! Never have I been so dissatisfied with a Staples in my entire lifetime. Will never visit this store again and I will tell all my friends to avoid printing at staples. read more

My experience at this location made an impact on me so much so that I woke up and all I could think of was calling the building to thank the employee again. I went in right before close out of desperation. AFTER completing the purchase I asked the cashier if the item I picked was the correct one for the project I was working on. Since I was in a bind time-wise I didnt think to confirm the materials I thought I needed before going through with the purchase. Brandon smiled and explained that they offer services at their location so that I don't have to complete this project alone, can save money, and have a professional take care of it for me. He called over the radio for to advice another employee what I need, and immediately started the return. I know what a hassle I put him through but he was kind professional and didn't drop that smile once. This Staples moved storefronts and is therefore totally updated and new. I have had several excellent customer service experiences at this location. On 2 occasions the cashier voluntarily found me coupons for items I was purchasing. My wife recently used the copy area and found the folks to be very helpful as well. We laminated 3 posters and they were done expertly. read more

Absolutely horrible service in the copy and print center. Can only use cash if you put it on to a card. When facing and using there "free" cover page you get charged since its a machine charging you. Will never use their service again due to misleading wording and horrible customer service when their flaws are brought to their attention. read more

I bought a computer here six months ago, and few weeks ago the fan started making a rattling noise. It was annoying and I expected it just to get worse, so I hauled it in to Staples for repair. They tried to sell me some kind of protection plan which I promised to think about and said that the repair would take about 3-5 days. Anyway, when they called me the following week to say that the computer was ready, I turned it on and it was still making the same irritating noise. The techs hadn't even read my intake sheet where I said that I brought the computer in to have that sound taken care of. They just ran a bunch of diagnostics and said that they removed a bunch of malware and viruses which was fine, but not what I cared about since I hadn't even noticed them. When I asked about the noise, the tech said that it was just the fan hitting something inside and to fix it they would have to send away for a part but it wasn't anything seriously wrong. (He isn't the one who has to put up with it, is he?) When I have to use the computer, I make sure that I am playing something at a loud enough volume to drown out the noise. Wish that I had saved the $160 and bought a nice pair of earphones instead. read more

The Copy Center at this location is terrible! Every year i say I am not going back and this really is the last year! The small job a took in was not complicated. The collated 900+ pages that I had to spend an hour and a half fixing. Not only that, they left out four pages in the middle of each set. I need to make those copies to fill in the gaps but I will not be going back to Staple's. read more

What a great printing team! I have gone there a few times to have some documents printed with no hassle! Also their shipping is quick and easy! Another highlight would be the easy tech area. I needed to purchase a case for my phone and the associate was very helpful. When checking out the cashier was very kind and fast. Price matching is great too! Not only did i receive the wrong phone i had wanted but i purchased insurance for my mobile device and today i had to use the insurance but the workers never uploaded my insurance to the system. Not happy with computer repair service. Brought our laptop to Staples to remove viruses/malware and told them to save our Word files, photos, music and MOST IMPORTANTLY our Quickbooks files for our business. They wiped out our entire hard drive and failed to save the files correctly. This has been a nightmare! Luckily, I have my photos and other files backed up, but the loss of Quickbooks is infuriating! NEVER will we use Staples again for computer repair- they attempted to fix the problem, but could not. It will cost us $1200 to retrieve the lost file! read more

I just called to inquire whether or not Staples has a Ink Cartridge return program and spoke with a young girl with ZERO personality! She answered the phone, "hello" that was it, just "hello", so I asked her about the program asked her a couple of questions and she just kept saying, I don't know, um I don't know, but you can find all the information on our web-site. Great customer service, NOT!! Will go anywhere else but Staples. This wasn't the first time I had a bad experience. We have now been standing in line for 11 minutes with not even a hello from the employee standing 3 feet in front of me. Maybe if her cell phone was away it would go a little faster too!!
