The service request executed each time, on multiple different laptops, across multiple years, mirrored one of the range of possibilities - and timelines for each possibility - laid out after his initial hands on assessment. Service is well priced and billing for services rendered always aligned with what was quoted for that service and any necessary replacement. Beyond all that, there's the trust & peace of mind you feel that you're dealing w a straight up good dude, who will treat you right. They BROKE my phone!. Came here with an iPhone 16 Pro, my…read morescreen was aftermarket so I wanted to get something nicer. Mind you my screen fully worked going into it. I asked if he had screens for it, he said yes and it would be $360 and 30 mins. So I shopped around for 30 minutes and when I came back he said they didn't have a screen for it after all. But while opening my phone he damaged my current screen rendering the touch functionality useless, and said he wouldn't cover damage to the screen. Damage he did! I would not take anything here. Unprofessional phone breakers!
