This is the worst place you could ever go. The managers there they are not educated to help you. They do not have to want to , to help They charge me 10 times for a return label only had one the manager said they will not refund the cost because they don't own the machine in that store. So he wasn't going to do anything and he said he's not sure what to do. So I called the bank and stop payment on everything but one label. Go check it out you will not be back. I have to say Demetrius is the Kindest and BEST manager. I shop at Staples a lot. Attorney here and they are awesome at printing out documents. You can order the documents from home or bring them in and they do a great job. I also LOVE the selection of office supplies and household items there, the computers, the gaming chairs, the luggage. It's awesome. And if you need HELP with anything Demetrius is there. Also Tom behind the customer service desk is so helpful. my mother who owns a Christian bakery needed labels printed. she got some a few weeks ago and they were great, went back for the second time this weekend and the originals were great but the ing list and allergy list which is mandatory to sell baked goods. They were messed up. The first time she called a man and he said "yes we can label it and print them like that" now when we went it on may 3rd 2026 they were wrong, my mom asked about the other guy who works there he got ANGRY AND RED FACED. Which is diabolical and terrible service so my mother asked if she was lying about the guy she talked to and he said "no I am the ONLY MAN that works in the printing service" so my mother said "ok so I'm lying apparently" he got furious clenched his fist and told my mother she can go somewhere else. And on top of that his daughter works there and has no idea how to do her job aswell. this location is horrible. read more

I went in to get a copy made, 24 x 30. The store, by all accounts was empty, maybe two or three customers. Just after lunch. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, employees at hand, before one finally asked if they could help. I told, what appeared to be the manager that I need a print. He called someone from the back to come up front. Fifteen minutes later ---- I told him I needed a print made that would fit a 24 x 30 canvas. He was more interested in collecting personal information than what I wanted. He gives me a price of $39, for a plain blk/wht print which is beyond ridiculous. Then he tells me it will be ready in 24 hours. But there's no one there. He refused to make a copy. NOBODY'S THERE. Is this the corporate strategy? Making customers wait 24 hours for one simple print. What's he doing there, besides standing around. This is a small town. Word gets around. And I'm good at getting the word around. There is no excuse treating paying customers like this. I've spent a lot of money with you over the years. I am determined to find who is in charge and give them more than just a piece of my mind. read more

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated - I'll Never Shop at Staples Again! I am beyond frustrated with the terrible experience I had with Staples, especially after being a loyal customer for years. I recently went into the store to buy ink for my printer, which I also purchased through Staples. I showed the sales associate the exact printer I have and explained the ink cartridges I needed. She led me to a set of cartridges that didn't look quite right, but after I pointed that out, we went back to my printer and double-checked the cartridge numbers. She assured me they were the correct ones and pulled the color and black cartridges that appeared to match. Fast forward to today--after opening the ink I purchased back in November 2024, I found the Magenta cartridge didn't fit at all! The ledge on top of the new cartridge was much smaller than the one I was replacing. I immediately called Staples and explained the issue, but instead of helping me, they refused to exchange the product I purchased. Completely baffled, I called the Office of the President hoping for a resolution. The assistant I spoke to was friendly and genuinely tried to help, but after two days of back-and-forth, he informed me that there was nothing they could do other than offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase. Are you kidding me?! I spent $160 on ink that I can't even use, and all I get in return is a pathetic 20% off next time? This is absolutely unacceptable, and it shows just how little Staples values its customers. If they can't stand behind the products they sell and refuse to make things right, they should not be in business. They happily took my money for a product that doesn't work, and now I'm stuck with ink I can't use. I've had it with Staples. If I could give them ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I'll make sure to let everyone I know about this awful experience and warn them to stay far away from this company. No loyalty to their customers, and no care for quality service. I read these reviews an been in this store a few times The store OK for office supplies an shipping something. UPS is not open on the weekend you can take your package there to ship it which is nice. I notice someone complained about not very many cars in parking lot to me that's nice you do not have to wait long in line plus this is not the type of store you go in an look around for hours. Amazingly good customer service is not what I was expecting from this store and was actually surprised! I couldn't remember when the computer was purchased and it wasn't showing up under my rewards number so finding my warranty was pretty much a lost cause. After working with an irate customer, I thought I'd get the brunt of misplaced anger but I wasn't made to pay for the prior customer who was clearly lying. On my own my computer issue was a mess and I knew nobody wanted to touch it. The manager helped me, was extremely courteous and with another store actually obtained the much needed information for me. Would definitely purchase another computer or school supplies from this store again. It's now my first go to for all things staples related. read more

Went to buy ink refill for my favorite pen. They did not have it or know what was comparable. So three people later the man takes me to a computer and tells me to order it. Pay the cashier they will call me. Over a week later I have heard nothing for picking up my order, so I call and not one but two incompetent employees come to phone after being on hold for ever, the manager says it's here pick it up when ever I asked if I could send someone and she said no unless I listed them on the account when I ordered. FAIL! We can't just write the name on it and hand it over. Well no probably not cause we could not call and let me know it was even here. I can't wait to see how long it will take to get someone to find it when I show up on my lunch break today to pick it up. read more

So the girl in copy and print on 5.21.2016 rude and the apparent manager decides to butt in on the question when I ask why can't they use my rewards or number to see what I have...they say we have never done that. It's never been that way. I said yes it has because I've been coming here for a few years and they have done it everytime. They say no they havent, there's no way, it's never been like that...so rude people, not to mention they can't even keep their programs straight, you place an order online, select the store and it says same day pick up at store...and they argue and say I placed it to be shipped, I showed them confirmation and said no I didn't. They pull up number and said oh, our online system kicked it because when you order online it went to our old system...so that's my problem? And I wasn't notified? Had to wait twice as long and drive back later to pick up my order. You guys need to get your programs, and rude people straight. .... read more
