This Staples is OK. It is a little bit small, but there is a mini-UPS center attached to it which takes up some space. Be advised that the UPS center is very... particular. They aren't full-service. My visits there has been a nightmare because they couldn't do the things a regular UPS can do, but that's not Staples' fault. My one gripe with this Staples besides the size is they direct you to the cashier for in-store pickups (for items you ordered online). I waited through a whole line of people checking-out just for the associate to tell me once I got to the register to pick up my order at a different section of the store - where I had to commence the whole "wait in line" thing again. I just think their signage could be better. And maybe if you see someone standing in a check-out line with nothing to buy, you could direct them to the right place so they don't waste their time. Other than that - there's a nice little selection of many office supply things here. Most people will be able to get what they need with no problems. read more

[555] I've stopped in here a bunch of time over the past few years. My friend mentioned that staples prints holiday cards the same day so I decided to check them out. I'm so glad I did. Ordering the cards online was really easy and were promised to be ready the same day (if ordered by 2pm). I had a misprint on my cards and instead of just printing the print dept called me to confirm. I really appreciate it as I would have had 100 incorrect cards. Once cards were done I got an email and phone call which I really appreciated. Stopped in the store and it's huge. I never stopped in the copy/printing section. Tons of options so check it out. While in Staples we picked up a bunch of different items including toys on sale just in time for Christmas (prices better then Target and Amazon). Store is organized and has tons of office options. Staff was very friendly as they kept asking if I needed help. I was very happy with my experience and I now have a new place to print my holiday cards.... and shop for other items. Have a book that's hard bound? Wouldn't you just LOVE it to have a spiral so you could comfortably leave it open!? STAPLES does this for just a little over $5!! I think they can cut into books up to about 300 pages and then slide that pup right it. I'm a changed woman. Oh yea, and they did it in about an hour. Score! read more

It's a Staples. Just like that other Staples you've been to. Maybe a bit different. Did yours have two stories? This only has one, so that's different. Did the other one have somewhat tight, cramped aisles? These feel more open. Did the other one have copiers and software and pencils and clear plastic binding? This one does to. In short... it's a big chain store with lots of stuff to organize your workspace. Don't know how much more I can say. read more

My experience here was bitter sweet today. I needed a large IG frame printed. I had trouble ordering online and the large printer of one of the stores that I went to was down. I went in early to place my order and Ronnie was extremely helpful. I also needed to print pages and attempted to use the self serve printers. While Ronnie was busy taking orders, ringing people up and trying to fill the orders, manager Tim came in to help with one customer and as he was leaving I said "excuse me" numerous times and he purposely ignored me. I had to wait for Ronnie to finish up and work his way back to me. When I went to the front, Tim was up there doing absolutely nothing! I wanted to buy school supplies, including 2 bookbags, but I refused because of the treatment. This was very problematic, especially coming from a manager. The reason I have a 3 vs a 1 star was because Ronnie was busting his behind to give great customer support to everyone. read more

Basic STAPLES. As far as customer service goes they are vastly improved in the last year from formerly poor customer service. Last few times here and today i was greeted and asked twice if i needed assistance in finding something. The cashier was also good. Happy to see they are professional. Happy experience. read more

The service at Springfield Staples has been EXCELLENT throughout the COVID pandemic. I have been there numerous times to out fit my makeshift home office as the COVID-caused working at home has continued for 5 months now. The staff has been extremely helpful assisting me to figure out want all needed - from tech hardware to office supplies to furniture. The product selection has been very good and reasonably priced! Disclaimer: this is not a review of their entire store, but if the singular service I used there. My iPhone 6s had a cracked screen, and since Staples was offering $30 battery replacements there, I decided to have both done. Immediately, I noticed that the phone stopped working properly when the battery hit 35%. They replaced the battery, problem persisted. Over the next month or so, the battery either expanded or was pushed outwards, causing a stress crack in the screen. Additionally, it would stop working properly as soon as I unplugged it, and would die as high as 55%. They offered to send it out for a diagnostic, but that I may be liable for any additional costs past the screen and battery. I've since replaced the phone. They were courteous and helpful in other areas, but the product I purchased was well below standard. Once again, this is a review of their phone repair only.
