Customer service was extremely disappointing--I was close to walking out. I came in for a citizenship photo and was told they could do it, but that it was "a pain." The employee repeatedly complained about the request, to the point that it felt like she was hoping I would leave so she wouldn't have to do it. I believe she may have even been the store manager. If this is a service the store offers, it's frustrating to be made to feel like a burden for asking for it. The experience left me feeling very uncomfortable. Staples are the same all over and I would have given this place a better rating but I didn't get the quick service that I am used to or expected. I ordered some copies to be made via the Staples online copy center page. It is really useful when you are in a jam and need copies made. I recommend it. My problem wasn't with Staples per se but with an overzealous employee that changed my portrait request to a landscape because that is what was requested. I pointed out to her that the work order said portrait, not landscape. She then commented that she changed it to landscape because she "thought it looked better." This soured me on this particular location. So it's going to be the Quakertown location for me from now on. I don't mind taking the extra time to go out my way when I need service I request. All in all Staples in and of itself provides pretty decent service. Just not this time at this location. read more

It takes a lot for me to give a business 1 Star. And staples has repeatedly and consistently provided the most terrible customer service I've ever witnessed! We give staples print center a ton of work. This work included weekly banners, posters, cards, etc. And each time, without fail, the copy & print center employee is rude and will ignore the long line of customers patiently waiting. However, they will almost always drop what they are working on to help the one rude customer who bypasses the line and asks some mundane question that becomes the immediate attention grabber of that employee. Even when the customers in the long line speak up and ask why they are not being helped the employee will look past them and mumble some words about being busy and another customer is before them. Today it took asking numerous times if we could receive help, we've been waiting now...18 minutes to be acknowledged, and she didn't look up at us, she mumbled, "what's the name?" And stared at her computer. Our posters aren't ready. No explanation and they're back to ignoring us. We received a confirmation email yesterday, 19 hours ago that our posters were ready. They are now standing around against the back corner talking to each other. Still no explanation where our posters are. Still no word to the line of customers behind us. I am so excited to go to a new copy & print place! And I'm excited for that new copy & print place to receive the thousands of dollars worth of printing jobs I will give them. How awesome?! She isn't wearing a name tag but her hair is the color and texture of the hair you find on a corn cob. You've been warned. UPDATE: Still waiting to be acknowledged....it's been 32 minutes. read more

This is my go to Staples, whenever I need supplies. I got my second laptop here in 2016 and when I needed to come in a year ago to file a claim to get my laptop fixed, they helped me out as much with information as much as they could since it couldn't be fixed in store. I also often come here to get ink or giant binders, although they do seem to be out of the 64 ink I usually get so that's hit or miss. Today I used the print center for the first time and everything went smoothly, that's a bonus. I also appreciate the side entrance/exit on East Central Avenue (on the other side of the shopping center) to avoid all traffic on Main Street and the Bethlehem Road light is handy too. Overall it's a decent store, it is worth checking out to form your own opinions. read more

I only put down 1 star because there is no 0 star option. There is one staff member who was actually competent, unfortunately he was just leaving as we arrived. The manager is awful at customer service and I can't believe he got this job. We had to wait an eternity for an associate to get the manager because he stopped to help other customers. And we had to wait 10 minutes for him to give us the customer support number for Microsoft, and he wasted our time showing us bogus websites which were irrelevant for us. Bottom line, go elsewhere. read more

If you know what you want and where to find it then this store is fine. If however, you need help finding something you'd get what faster if you ordered it online using snail mail. And don't under any circumstances use the print center unless you have absolutely no time pressure. None of the employees have any idea of how their products work or even what they have in the store. I can only guess that the reason they have managed to stay open is that they are the only game in town. read more

Unlike others I had no problem with the staff. I went in to get some stuff printed (large format and regular format on special paper). When I dropped it off I thought I could wait but after 30+ mins. was told they were backed up (like always). I waited 2 days for a call and after calling found they still hadn't printed it but they would do it that day and call me. Again they didn't call but I called and found it was done. Went to pick it up and it was still not right and had to wait for them to print it properly. I think I will go to Richter's drafting and printing across the street from now on. read more

First of all. The Management short staffs the crew. Not the employees fault and if they seems that some employees are a little Grumpy its because they are sick and tiered of every BACK WOODS HICK coming in there and trying to screw us. EXAMPLE: a customer comes in and says my 2 year old Lap Top that I bought from you is Broken, I want it fixed for FREE! After close examination it is determined that to much Budweiser has been Spilled into the Keyboard and the NASCAR Stickers on it blocking the fan and totally keeping any kind of air flow to the unit have turned to computer into a BRICK. The people here were rude, lazy and they lied. I asked to have a 10×13 image printed and they said it would take 4 hours...interesting. Not willing to argue, I asked if they would print a test sheet just so I could see how the colors looked. I told them I would come pick it up at 2pm the next day. I showed up at 2:30 the next day and nothing was done and they couldn't even find my flash drive. Great! After searching for 20 minutes and blaming the night staff with no apology, it magically appeared. This time they said I could wait and they would print. I guess miracles happen over night and print time can decrease from 4 hrs to minutes. I had to head back to work so I told them I would be back at 5pm. I show up at 5:30pm(again trying to give them extra time). Surprise, nothing had been done. Now frustrated, the lady says she will do it right now. She puts the flash drive in and explains that it is blank. Somewhere through this long process someone has deleted my file. Not sure how that's possible they printed me a copy the night before. After 3 pointless trips, I left with no print out, no file, and higher frustration than ever. Terrible customer service trumped all here. A phone call or an apology or any sense of sincerity would have been nice. Drive a little further and get the job done right. read more

First off I have to say the other reviewers of this are either entirely stupid and ignorant of what a retail store is like, or were just too self absorbed to realize that this store is MUCH better than best buy, it just requires a bit of patience. The copy center is one of the best in the area and always gets jobs done with quality and speed, and the computer tech's here really know their stuff, they are polite, as well as professional and FAR from lazy, I have never walked in once and saw an associate just standing around, they always find something productive to do, this store is THE BEST Staples store around the Tri State Area, having been to many other Staples and other office supply stores this one has it's act together and really knows what they are doing, the managers here really know how to set a positive vibe, even when the store is full of people. I went to this store today to return an item. The person who was at the counter was very grumpy and annoyed that I had to return the item. I felt like I was bothering her. She was also very confused about how I wanted my money credited back to me. I asked for an in store credit. She wanted the money to be refunded back to my card. I did end up getting my money back, The lady just gave me the cash back. I will never go back to this store again. read more

I try to avoid going to Staples. Unlike Best Buy you can stand there and get absolutely no help from any of the employees. If I walk into Best Buy I am barely there for 5 minutes before someone comes up and wants to help me. I really don't like staples , their employees don't seem to care about even basic customer service and to me that is unacceptable. If you need any kind of electronics go to Best Buy. read more
