Good for basic needs but definitely not like Patel or Patidar. Price is on the higher side.

Like any full-service market, they also have a fish department, along with fresh-cut and prepackaged vegetables, and a selection of meats. As with any grocery store, I strongly recommend checking expiration dates before purchasing. In their fish department, be sure to examine the clarity of the fish's eyes to ensure freshness. The overhead sprinklers in the produce section can sometimes oversaturate the vegetables, so it is worth inspecting those carefully as well. The employees are not particularly chatty, but if you need assistance navigating the store, they are helpful and will point you in the right direction. The aisles are generally well organized and well stocked during the weekdays. On weekends, however, the store is more crowded, and there have been times when specific items I was looking for were either limited or unavailable. The ambiance is okay, and the parking is easy, as it is in a strip mall, and there are plenty of parking spaces. There is a small eating area available if you would like to eat a prepared entree after purchasing it. A sign indicates they are happy to heat your said entree if needed, but I didn't see anyone available to assist. Given the number of excellent eateries surrounding the supermarket, we chose not to purchase and heat any entrees there. This grocery store is conveniently located for those who prefer not to travel all the way to Edison's Asian markets, particularly HMart. It's worth noting that prices here tend to be a dollar or two higher than at HMart. However, when you factor in savings on gas and travel time, it can often be more practical to shop locally.

I usually like to shop the Indian Grocery store down the street near Costco which always has fresh produce and other excellent options. This location was disorganized and messy. Most of the produce was turning and also overpriced. The tomatoes were either horribly underripe or mushy. The fresh herbs were all wilted and discolored. I couldn't even find a decent bunch of cilantro! This place is definitely not a place to buy produce. Moving on to the bread. The naan and pita bread packages were old and stale and I even saw some mold on one package! Gross. I grabbed just a handful of items and waited on a short line which seemed to take forever. The cashier seemed cranky and unhappy to be there. I couldn't wait to get out. This was just a bad experience all around and not a place worthy of a second visit especially with some excellent markets within a short drive from here.

I'm so glad they're in my neighborhood to provide fresh, healthy, delicious food for us.

I knew about it, and I even knew where…read moreit was supposed to be located, but I'd driven by it a thousand times without going in...largely due to the very small sign located over the location. I didn't actually realize it was where I wanted to go until I was parking in front of it. As mentioned in other reviews, the dining space inside is small and very basic--which is fine. The portion of the store selling Mexican food staples is in the front as you enter, and the handful of dine-in tables are located at the back of the store between the store's aisles and the kitchen counter. What finally got me there to visit was that it was open for breakfast, and while a lot of places say they're open for breakfast, opening up at 9AM twice a week doesn't qualify. El Sabor Oaxaqueño 2 is open for breakfast most days at 6AM, because they serve people who are working their butts off and who need a good meal. The breakfasts at El Oaxaqueño 2 serve that need. My Chilaquiles Verde were spicy, but not super spicy, and it was served with rice and black beans. My carne asada was an addition as were my fried eggs. You can also get chicken breast (pechuga) or a red sauce if that's more your style. My wife's Huevos con Chorizo were very flavorful and very filling. They were also served with rice and black beans, along freshly made tortillas and a stick of cheese to crumble over your meal. She was only able to finish off half her plate, and we took home the rest. Our next visit was for dinner, and because I couldn't decide on what I wanted, we split three plates between us. First up was my Tacos de Tripa. I asked for the tripa (pork chitterlings, not tripe) to be well cooked so that it was crunchy, and they served them up just as I like them. They were topped with chopped onion and garlic, and once topped with the spicy green fresh salsa, we gobbled them down. The tortillas were freshly made and had a nice texture. The next dish was the chicken enchiladas en mole. Four enchiladas were well stuffed with white chicken meat then bathed in flavorful mole and served with rice and beans. Thankfully, it wasn't topped with a ridiculously huge glob of melted cheese. Last was the Quesadilla--not your Mama's quesadilla either. It was huge, and it wasn't as cheesy as the quesadillas the average person knows. Inside it was stuffed almost like a taco with big pieces of shrimp in one half and carne asada in the other. There was cheese, but cheese was not the star as it is in the average quesadilla we're all used to. It was good, and we both enjoyed it--it was just a surprise. The place is far from fancy, but they serve real food, and it's real good.

There's a variety of different refrigerated grab and go dishes such as sushi, kani salad, ramen noodles, dumplings, shumai, chicken, poke bowls, and more. I first tried the spicy salmon roll which was delicious! From there, I quickly became a fan! Right after devouring the spicy salmon roll, I had the shrimp shumai and kani sushi, both were good! There is a microwave in the shop which is very convenient as well. The shrimp shumai was soggy but flavor wise it was good. A few minutes in an air fryer to get that crisp back and they'd be delicious! Theres also a large assortment of refrigerated drinks like juices, sodas & teas as well. I tried the matcha love sweetened green tea which was very good and refreshing. I just kept going back after eating one thing after the other to try something else. I meant it when I said I became a fan lol. I picked up a mini packaged cheesecake (more like a cheesecake bread than a traditional creamy cheesecake) which was a great dessert to end it on. My first time at Haru Grab & Go was great so of course, I came back for another spicy salmon roll and a kani salad which both tasted good and kept me satisfied. 5/5!
