I've been coming here over 10yrs now. I tried 4/5 different alterations places before I found this one. Other places made my dresses uneven on the bottom. At star cleaners I've always been very satisfied with the quality for the cost. They are perfectionists, and listen to my wants and concerns for each garment. I have now brought my daughter to have two of her dresses helmed and altered here. The pink dress was just a hem, came out perfect. The green dress originally had off the sleeve shoulder straps and the fabric that draped down in front. We had it altered to pull the off the sleeves tight as well and the draping part in front. So it is all fitted on top. We asked to turn the hem into an accessory scarf, and they adjusted the length as desired. My daughter is extreamly happy with the results. And a fun unexpected accessory scarf from her dress to match perfectly! I trust the quality of their alterations so much I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend you try this place! read more

I recently bought a trench coat at a thrift store and it needed to be dry cleaned. There are many dry cleaners within a 5-10 mile radius of my home and work, however, all with horrible ratings. I did NOT want to risk getting my coat damaged or lost (by the way, how can you lose someone's piece of clothing...?). This cleaners is the first business I found with 5 stars! I took my coat in on Tuesday (10 min before closing) and the staff stated it will be ready on Thursday, yes you read that correctly, THURSDAY! I am always last minute at planning things and about 4 days before my daughters quinceañera photoshoot, I called many dry cleaners to see if they were available to steam her beautiful large dress. Many said no, or they don't have an in house steamer and sends to another facility so my timeline was not tangible. I called Star Cleaners and without hesitation Sergio advised that he was able to get me the dress steam and pressed within 72 hours -- i immediately took the dress over and they said it wouldn't be an issue. My biggest concern is that the dress could be ponte toalla damaged or stained while in someone else's possession but I had to put my trust in their hands! The dress was dropped of on a Tuesday afternoon and within 24 hours Sergio called me and said the dress was ready! Not only was the timing perfect, the dress was beautiful and ready to go for photo shoot time. About a week later, I brought my husbands dress pants, sons suit and my dress for steaming as well and they came back beautifully pressed and most importantly QUICKLY! I will not ever use another dry clean service and Sergio and his team deserve all the credit. Thank you! read more

I forgot her name, but the lady at the front was very friendly and made suggestions as to the different types of cleaning services they offered. I needed a dress shirt and slacks dry cleaned and that is what we ended up going with. She makes you feel very comfortable with your choice. Shes very helpful! She even remembered me, even though my fiance picked up the items. He tried to play a joke on her, but she remembered me. I thought that was pretty impressive. I am very pleased with Star Cleaners. I don't have too many clothes that need to be dry cleaned but when I do, I always bring them to Star Cleaners. The couple who owns this establishment are very friendly and very helpful. Excellent customer service! The items that I tend to bring to get dry cleaned are my work tops. They are generally of the same fabric and when I have been laundering them at home, I have noticed small greasy spots when they come out of the wash. Star cleaners has consistently been able to get out these grease spots from my tops and the husband has even told me a couple of things to check for to figure out where these grease spots are coming from. While I still haven't been able to determine the origin of the grease, I am pleased with the cleaners' helpfulness and happy to continue to bring my tops to them.
