We have a California king comforter that are dog puked on and we took it to one place came back smelling like they never cleaned it at all, so i called here and Becky answered i explained my situation and she said it would be challenging to clean it but bring it in and she would try to clean it for us. We called 6 different places and none were willing to take on the project. My wife came home and told me after she dropped it off how pleasant and thoughtful Becky is. When we got our comforter back you could tell that they went to great efforts to clean the comforter. They were able to refresh what i thought was doomed. Had a jacket with a broken zipper that needed replacing. They gave me an estimate of a week to get it done which was fine with me. I picked up the jacket and the quality of the replacement was great. The stitching was excellent with only a few areas where you could tell that the zipper had been replaced. The zipper itself was a high quality metal replacement and smoothly worked. The cost of the replacement zipper was mostly due to labor but as I mentioned the workmanship was excellent, so a very good value! Five stars read more

One star goes to the lady upfront for being honest about their availability and time frame. They're good for ironing work- though, how hard can that be for garment cleaners? I saw this place has 5 stars and I obviously wanted to support a local business. Trusting them with delicate tailoring was my fault. Their ineptitude and lack of professionalism made me experience immediate regret. Big mistake. Huge. I needed a next day service she was honest about unavailability due to other orders ahead of me, which wasn't a big deal. I left two garments ( trousers and a blouse) for alterations. She compromised and said they'd be ready by 2pm the next day. Thankfully, I took the rest of my clothes to my trusted dry cleaning place. The entire pickup process was beyond unprofessional. I got there past 4pm, she said her husband was on his way, stuck in traffic with my clothes, like what?? I am a patient and understanding person, she could just have called me ahead of time to notify me the clothes wouldn't be ready. I'd rather have that, than wasting my time. Trusting them with delicate alterations was my mistake. My blouse needed adjustments to the wrist ( the cuff was 1 1/2 inch too long) Their "alteration work" completely ruined my unworn favorite top, to fix this problem I ended spending more money to buy another identical top only because I loved it so much. For reference the top is Zayne Blouse from AFRM. The trousers were decent -only hem work. I didn't bother calling them for an explanation nor a refund. In my opinion their work ethic is questionable; charging for a poorly executed service is not okay! Delivering garbage work is intolerable, Just never again. read more

So disappointed. We took our daughter's letterman jacket here based on recommendations and were satisfied. However, we brought it back to add and move patches and were beyond disappointed. The spacing between the patches was not even close to being even. Not expecting perfection but it was bad! We brought it back to be fixed and told it would be ready by Friday. We came the following Wednesday and it had not been touched. Nothing could be done to rectified the poor quality in that moment. They (owners) can blame each other for communication errors, but the jacket was needed for pictures and it was picked up days beyond when it was said to be ready. It's so bad we didn't even use it. Senior year, senior games and the expensive jacket is a mess. So sad because we promoted using them over and over again. We will try again to get the jacket fix because it is so expensive to have patches put on and every time they are removed they are slightly ruined. Very nice owners, but beyond disappointed and upset that the jacket has become a waste within a time frame that it matters. We do not live close and work so a pick up/drop off, pick up drop off is not a simple deal. read more

I have always used this business for my dry cleaning needs, which did the jobs I needed with no issues. However, I was really happy when the new owner took over. She is very personable and willing to take the time to talk through any special needs. I had always worried about having a 55+ year old christening gown cleaned, but the owner went through all the pieces with me, fixed small damages and returned my gown in beautiful condition. Also, her alterations are perfect. My adult son has a short stature, and it's hard for him to find clothing that looks proportionate on him. He had gotten two really nice jackets and a very expensive shirt, which although were the smallest size available, were still too long in the waist and sleeves. The zipper on my favorite sweater jacket was damaged and I thought how am I going to fix it. Should I order a zipper repair kit and fix it myself or have a professional person take care of it.
