Please beware. I took a pair of gray wool business pants to Yorba Cleaners with two small water stains for dry cleaning. I was told that due to the water stains they would need to wash the pants, it would take a week, and the cost would be $10.00. Feeling uneasy about this information, I took the pants to another close-to-home cleaners and was told they could dry clean the pants, remove the water stains, and have the pants ready in two days, at a cost of $5.95. They also advised me, as indicated on the pants' label, that washing rather than dry cleaning the pants could shrink and damage them. When I later shared this information back with Yorba Cleaners, another front desk employee then stated I had initially been given incorrect information on the needed cleaning, time to clean (a week), and (high) price. Based on my experience, I suggest considering other cleaners in the area before Yorba Cleaners. read more

I have come here for 20 years or so and was always happy with the service. The owners were nice and they did good work but they have recently sold to a new owner. I just took several items in and was not pleased. . I brought a dress with a stain on it and when I picked it up the stain was still there. I asked about it and she mumbled something, but it seemed like she hadn't even tried to get it out. All the suits and dresses I brought in came back smelling like perfume so I had to air them out before we wore them. And it was really expensive! Will not be going back for sure. read more

Got two pants hemmed that I cut myself and they charged me $25 to sew the hem. I had taken a pant there before and it was $15 and they couldn't explain to me why the $25. I had other pants to take and they were shooting $18, $13 and it was the same service. $58 for 3 pieces. Never going again!!! What a ripoff read more

We have noticed that their prices are inconsistent, and they will bill you for unnecessary items. Even if you requested for a receipt they will lie their way though and put the blame on you. I was coming here for about a year but felt their pricing was very inconsistent and high. They don't give you an itemized slip and you have to request a receipt. I would point out stains that I specified wanting removed or a button sewn back on and they would try to return to me without doing it. read more

I used this cleaner for normal things and never had a problem until I brought my custom made drapes in to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up I was told there was a delay and to come back in 2 days. When I came back I was horrified to find that they had totally ruined my drapes. They didn't dry clean them as I had asked but laundered them. The blackout lining melted in the dryer. The owner's wife told me it was because they were too old. I went to my car & called the company who made them and they said the lining wouldn't do that unless they had put them in an extremely hot dryer. I went back in & told the owner's wife what they had said. As a means to correct the problem they had already ripped the lining completely from all the drapes. Their plan was to replace the lining. She told me she would only charge me for the minimal fee for cleaning them. At this point I was even more speechless. I told her I wasn't paying her a dime for cleaning them. In fact according to my receipt she owed me up to $400.00 for destroying my drapes. She panicked & said her husband will be real mad. I said so will my husband because these drapes go in his study. I told her I would not sue her for them but that I had every right to be compensated. I figured they are a small business & times are hard. I walked out & went home to face my husband. He wasn't as understanding as I was but let it go. I was disappointed that the lady didn't at least offer me free dry cleaning for a limited time or something anyway to show she was sorry. I ordered vertical blinds & hung the drapes up in the interim, even though they had shrunk at least 6" in length too. I will NEVER go back there again. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
