First timer here - bright and clean. I came here on a Monday evening around 7pm . Almost all machines were available. The prepaid card is easy to load. The first machine was $5.75 this machine looks like it would easily hold 2 regular loads in 1. I used it to wash a blanket with ease . Then switched to a dryer that was pretty equal in size . Once again swipe the card - I think it was $1.50 for 30 min . It only took 19 min to dry on the hot setting . If you can avoid coming here, DO IT! The place is so dirty, the washers smell really bad and hair everywhere (looks like most people are just here to wash their dog beds, I should've left at this point)! I selected hot water since I came to do bulky items and the water was cold, the washers are delayed on time as well, waited 42 minutes on a 28 minute wash ( the open top washers), and I had to do separate my cloths into SIX separate dryers and do double cycles for it to properly dry. Also, no sink to wash your hands. Hi Erik, I used washer 20/21 which were the ones with cold water after selecting hot. This 2 had light items (t-shirts, pants, undergarments). I also used washer 1/2 which are the ones that had a bad smell when opening, but I came specifically to wash my comforter and blankets so I added extra softener and hoped for the best. For dryers I used 54-60, 59/61. As you can see on the pictures I posted you might want to reach out to the professional cleaning team you use, or consider doing a daily light cleaning instead to keep up. Thank you for the response Erik, a refund is not necessary. I did wash and dry after all. I really doubt that was all by an impolite customers, but all good. This is a really nice laundromat. No need for coins you can pay on your phone. Very clean and well lit. Pricing is fair depending on which machine you use. I definitely would use or go to this location again. I have been to many laundromats over the past 20 years and theirs is by far the best, if you have a problem with a machine not working they refund your money you put into it fast. There's always a person in charge of cleaning the drying machines' filters, and to upkeep the place. I am very impressed with the level of Customer Service provided by Bonnie at the main location in Huntington Beach. A couple of days ago, I called to the number listed on the board to give feedback about one of the machines that did not accept cards due to a software malfunction.
