She told the dress off the hangar and gave us the dress without a hangar, without folding it and no bag. She treated it like a piece of material... rag and just gave it to us. Didn't go over the work that was done to it. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. I guess these tactics work for her since people gave her 4.2 stars. All the best lady! He was very friendly and he retrieved my sweater and asked what color it was. I saw that it was hanged and he proceeded to fold it and wrapped it plastic. We even had some small talk and he was super nice. On two separate occasions I had my clothes altered and they overpriced the alteration. The 2nd time was just on 7/15. A simple skirt alteration for$75 which is highway robbery. The skirt was so short I couldn't wear it. So my money was a complete loss. I plan on filing a complaint with Consumer protection. I will also report to the agency that regulates dry cleaners.
