The doors on the machines were very hard to open and close, maybe new latches that feel like they're stuck and I really had to pull to get them opened. Before I could even get my money in the machine the manager came up and told me to stop slamming the doors and then showed me how to open and close the door. I explained I wasn't trying to slam the doors to me they seemed just how they opened and closed, and told him when I searched for a nearby laundromat many yelp reviews speak of how rude he is. I know tone and intonation are hard to convey via text but the way this guy spoke to me was enough to make me pack my things and leave. I finally got the chance to utilize this facility. The credit card option is very convenient! The space is very clean and there's always an attendant on site. All the machines are maintained well and there's always ratio of out of service machines vs the working ones are minuscule. They have 2-load machines, 3-load machines, larger ones for linens and sheets, and the jumbo one if you're the type who prefers to stuff all their laundry together to save time! There are plenty of dryer machines you won't need to wait long to get one. The quarter machines are still in effect and who doesn't like the nostalgia? The only feedback I have is that (1) Tap option on the machines do not work at all. I prefer to use my Apple Watch to pay but since it only takes card swipes, I opt for the quarters instead. (2) some of the machines need a clean out as they're starting to smell like mildew. I have to increase my laundry booster to make sure my clothes won't smell like mildew when it's done. Hopefully that's in the works. Otherwise, it's a laundry facility i highly recommend!

I have also brought in fragrance-free detergent to ensure the request is clear, but the items still come back with a noticeable fragrance, suggesting fabric softener or a different detergent was used. I've been a customer for more than 15 years, and each time I'm told that the request can be met. However, the result has been the same on every visit. I'd like to understand why the commitment is made but not fulfilled, and whether there is a reliable process in place to ensure fragrance-free washing. I can use the dry cleaners at work for $3.50 a shirt and $11 for a jacket, so I figured prices here were about the same or less. Well, my lesson is to ask the price BEFORE getting the clothes cleaned. The laundry for a dress shirt is $5.75 each, and a sports coat is $18.50. That is highway robbery and out of line with what other cleaners would charge. I post this in an effort to at least let others know what the prices are here and you can decide if it is worth it.
