I brought in a bunch of comforters, pillows and bedding for the fluff and fold service which was tea great. They completed the job in less than 24 hours. The place is an ACE , It's got various sizes of machines for different loads you might have. Very clean and always machines available. The also have some top load machines I don't know why bit good to have it. Price vary based on what machines u use and what program u insert. Between2.75$ to 7$ Dryers are good k too. I forgot the detergent and they have a vending machines for it too. Perfect! You can get coin here with no problem. Parking available but not a big parking lot. I parked at street. It looks ok from outside /parking on premises but small & too few. I read reviews that said it was clean? Not on this first visit it wasn't. Floors were dirty & flannels on the floor (under 'folding' table areas). Also noticed several 'out of order' cards on many washing machines. (Oddly on most of the top loading washers that were a little less expensive) & some dryers. Even though i put my 1 wash load to dry 20mins, many items were still damp after. (Other launderettes usually dry in that time after pressing HOT cycle) Suggest they get soneone to 'fix' the un-usable machines & buy a dustpan & brush. read more

My review is based on the maches not working. I counted a total of 11 washers out of order and a total of 12 dryers out of order. I was customer for years, and I do understand that prices rise and whatnot. However, lowering water output causing customers to not be able to wash their clothes fully is crossing the line. It seems to have been happening over the last few weeks, I started to notice that clothes were not as "fresh smelling" as they usually were. However, the last time I was there, was the worst. Other customers were complaining as well, they tried claiming that it was because there were a lot of people, but there are so many times when the "water would not come out" and the place sometimes is not even packed. It's wrong to take advantage of customers like that, especially during these times. I have been a loyal customer for years, but that's a textbook way of losing a customer. read more

Heres my thing, if a customer comes to you to inform you that a machine is not working right you should at the very least apologize for any inconveniences it caused. Not talk to them like they don't know how to do their own laundry or like you are the one unconvincing them by letting them know. I needed to wash some quilting fabric, separated it all out into 3 washers, but in about 1/3 of the detergent for the size washer. Two loads were fine but one still had soap all over the washer and the fabric, like it hadn't rinsed. I brought it to the attention of the man wiping everything down, he told me I added too much soap. When I explained that I didn't even use half the soap recommended for that size washer he told me "well the machine didn't add soap". I asked when the manager would be in as he proceeded to wipe the washer down and walk away. I find the manager myself, explain what happened, we walk over to the wash and I'm told it looks fine and he doesn't know what I want him to do. I ended up paying to run my already fraying fabric through another wash cycle with no soap and at no point while I was there did they make the washer out of order so it wouldn't happen to someone else. People who wash their laundry here are dirty or someone here keeps putting dirty socks into people's dryers. I check the washer & dryer before I put my clothes in and there's oftentimes an added dirty sock that comes out with my just dried laundry. If, as other reviewers have mentioned, it's the "neurotic" attendant and they're the ones tampering with the customer's clothes then it's time to take my business somewhere else because their personal problems are affecting the business. If it's the other customers then the people who do their laundry here are dirty, they have personal problems, and it's time to take my business somewhere else. Machines are always clean and ready to go. There is a worker who goes around helping and answering any questions. There's change machine and a vending machines with most laundry necessities sold. All machines are operated by coin only. I wish they can start installing credit card readers on some of the machines so if you're out of change, you're not optionless. read more

Absolutely do not recommend this place! More than half the machines are broken, and it's been months since they have been. The customer service is beyond far from being helpful! If I machine breaks down, be prepared to pay out of pocket to continue washing your clothes. They literally just removed an "out of service" sign from an already "broken" washer and didn't even bother to replace the sign from the "broken machine" she took it from. So how do I know it wasn't messed up when I started using it. Didn't even bother to compensate for a new machine after I already paid for a bigger one. Mind you I wash here weekly, definitely going to start driving a mile down to a new laundromat. I come here because it's local and super convenient. It's always clean and I never have a problem with parking. Staff has always been helpful. The machines are fast and get the job done! Parking can sometimes be annoying since they are pretty tight but I've always managed to find parking and get in and out quickly. I've been coming here for years and have had absolutely no complains. The price is just right and I've never had any of my washables leave dirty or wet. I've gotten so used to it here that I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

None of the machines work on time!!!! I always have problems doing my laundry at the place! I don't know why I return! Worst location! If the washing machine says 26 minutes get prepared to wait for an extra 15-20 minutes eveytime! Waste of time I tell ya!! I've informed the owner of this issue before but he doesn't care about anything but making his 5-10 dollars off his hard working customers and still doesn't provide quality service! Haven't fixed my dryer yet. Why? Because my dryer breaking has been the best thing to happen all year! I decided to try their drop off service and am so glad I did. Alice does an excellent job, my kids even made comments about their clothes smelling so good/being folded nice. I've been to her twice now with at least 10 loads. The price is good and if dropped off early morning you usually can pick up same day. I still go there to wash blankets and husband's clothes because it's actually relaxing. I'm kid free with no interruptions! The price for the machines and dryers are great, too. Top load washers 1.75 a wash. The vending machine and laundry supply machine are also reasonably priced. I've brought my 6 and 2 1/2 year old with me before, so it's kid friendly, just make sure you bring something for them to do. The owner and another worker are always there. Which is a huge plus for me. They are very nice, always say hello, ask about my kids, very welcoming. Someone is always cleaning out the machines, sweeping the floor, keeping things neat. Came to wash my sheets and bedspreads. I spent $5.25 on a big load and 4 other machines of $3.75. I noticed my big load was spinning but not washing like the other machines or the surrounding big ones. Barely got wet and it didn't look like I had put soap. I asked Emik the attendant if he could just give me $5 back so I could use another machine and he said no. Emik had me talk to Robert who was in charge who tried telling me it was due to my towels. Mind you I had towels working in the other machines and didn't have that problem. He looks inside where you place the soap and softener and tells me my softener is too thick and that was why my stuff didn't wash. I asked him my softener? It's still inside. Then he repeated that my softer was too thick and needed to add water. I mentioned to the manager that I bought my softener Downey from Emik at his location. I just gave up and said ok after trying to reason. A request denied to re-wash my sheets cost them a future client. read more

The last load needs to be put in before 9pm So you can finish by it the 10:00 p.m. closing. Also you have to get a code from the attendant to use the bathroom. read more

Two stars for being pretty clean and WiFi is outstanding. I would have given this laundry mat 5 stars however my experience was unpleasant. I arrived exactly at 8:57. Outside of the front entrance you will be greeted with a hard to miss sign that says LAST WASH 9:15 PM . Now to my sour experience. I walked and placed my clothes in one washer and quickly I was approached by an older employee who started to tell me he has to clean the floor and washers and they close at 10pm and other gibberish that I couldn't understand. I then told him ok no problem but why do you guys have a sign that says last wash at 9:15 ?? He completely ignored me and mumbled empty yesterday come earlier next time or something.. ok I said to my self so I sat down and he basically was mopping on my feet and sweeping. I proceeded to tell him would you like me to move and again he ignored me. In conclusion he made it pretty clear that I need to leave and I did just that . As soon as my clothes were done washing I placed them wet back into my basket and left to another laundry mat to dry my wet clothes.
