We recently moved into a small place in Palm Springs and needed to convert a closet into my workspace. I called 3 electricans, Star Electric wsa the only one to respond promptly. One of them said he'd arrive around 11am to 1pm, but didn't even call until 3pm, saying he was on the way. Star Electric was the only responsive, punctual one. Pricing was fair, all estimates were within 10-15% of each other. With it being an older Palm Springs house, Star Electric Energy was able to address issues that arose during the work, and cut the drywall and put it back on so that all I had to do was slap on some mud and sand it down and put on fresh paint. I now have a nice lil' workspace that makes efficient use of the area. Star Electric was always friendly, punctual, and informative, definitely the electrician I'll always recommend in the area. Having hired Star Electric Energy, I was amazed at the quality of work that was done! I wanted electronics installed in my living room and two bedrooms. The owner came out and suggested more ways of installing instead of the "simple" way I thought of. The price was slightly more but still within my budget. Holy heck, Roland is a genius! We had a recurring electrical problem in our kitchen that didn't respond to obvious troubleshooting. Our fridge occasionally shut down, plus several adjacent outlets. Roland was kind to come after hours. He sleuthed out the problem in 1-1/2 hrs. He's the electrician that can't sleep at night thinking about electrical mysteries! In addition to fixing our issue, he noticed an outlet in our living room that didn't look quite right to him. Sure enough, it was broken. He sat on the floor an within five minutes had opened it, repaired a few wires and screwed it back into the wall. Done and done! We're glad we called Star Electric. I just had some electrical work done a couple days ago and thought my electrician may have messed up my pool pump while wiring an outdoor bathroom for me. I needed an opinion on this before I confronted my electrician. So I called Star Energy Electric. They came out very fast and checked the work of the other electrician for me. It turns out by pure coincidence my pool pump went out the exact time my electrician did some work in that pool area. I called Star Electric yesterday and Roland returned my call today and was able to come the same day. We needed an electrician to help us with a demo project so we wouldn't have to worry about wires in the kitchen and getting electrocuted since we're DIYers.
