We had Comfort Air install our new HVAC system seven years ago and called them when we had an…read moreoutage. The tech came out, fixed it, and then noted our whole duct system was inadequate. We contracted to have it replaced for a little over $9k. The crew who came to work didn't seem to have the full work order and did not provide tarps or anything to cover the mess that fell from the ceiling during the job. We were promised a portable AC unit during the day while the AC was off but that didn't happen either. Our order called for all new vents, but that was news to the crew on site. They did leave and eventually return with replacement vents. The original tech said he would follow up the next day to make everything right, but that's two weeks ago and no word. I'm not 100 percent sure that everything on my work order was installed, but the vents and system are working well. I guess I expected better customer service since we had a great experience the first time. Update: the general manager is following up to investigate our concerns. He was immediately responsive to my review. Hopefully all will be made right.

Leo, Daniel, and all of the professionals that provide service are respectful, thorough, and as I have said in other postings--patient. You do not get that attitude that you get w/ some businesses. What I very much respect is the promptness in addressing issues. Leo and the team quickly respond. I know that when I call, I am going to speak to someone, and the individual (be it Leo or Ed) quickly get me scheduled. There are none of those insane auditory wait/holds--they are on their game. I will add this one in closing--When we looked at replacing our HVAC system, we had three businesses provide estimates. I am not going to "throw shade" at two of them--but let me say. . . they were "cra-cra" on their estimates. After an hour of scratching his head and giving me suggestions on what I should do and me telling him the reasonings why there is an air gap etc... essentially explaining the plumbing system to him I told him I'll just reach out to EcoWater again. I initially reached out to them for a routine maintenance on my 3 ton Carrier unit as well as my…read moresplit unit in the garage. Their reviews as well as overall ratings were what attracted me to use them as well as their experience with split units. My call was answered right away & I was able to get an appointment the next day. That went very smoothly & the technician was very professional & helpful. Unfortunately a while later my Carrier unit's fan motor started making noise. It was Easter weekend, but I called them to see if they could send someone to at least take a look at it. Chris the owner responded to my call & despite being with his family, said he'd be over later that day. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and explained to me that the previous repairs on the ac unit had replaced the fan motor with the wrong size motor for that unit. He took the time to educate me on why the motor was wrong & had resulted in damage to the fan. As a result, both the motor & the damaged fan would need to be replaced. He said he'd work on getting both a new fan and motor for the unit. Unfortunately there were non in stock from the local suppliers as well as LA. We're able to find the right motor & fan at an out of state supplier which was able to ship it UPS 3 day delivery. Parts came a day early, & Chris was there the next day to install both! He again showed me how the new motor & fan were not only the right ones for my unit, but also how it would be more energy efficient as well. Chris is a true professional who genuinely cares for his customers! I'd definitely recommend him to any of my friends in the future!

Our HVAC failed on a Sunday so I called 5 companies, all of which advertised 24-7 emergency service but only two were willing to do anything at all. The first (unnamed) company arrived and said that the compressor might be bad and did little more. Then Assured Heating and Air Conditioning Services LLC Owner Chris Dalton arrived. He checked many things, changed a contactor and had it running within an hour. I had already decided that because of multiple previous failures we needed to replace the HVAC unit. After a long conversation and a system analysis, Chris determined that our ducts could not handle a 5 ton system and recommended that a 4 ton heat pump would work better. The following day, his crew went to work installing a complete HVAC system plus a split system in the garage. He and his crew were incredible, professional and easy to talk to. By 4 PM Tuesday, they were done. It works perfectly.
