I found the pet supplies pretty quickly and I bought a dog chain for a fair price. We needed some ant poison and were looking around. A gentleman asked if he could help us locate something and showed us where it was. My star rating would have been at least a 4 of not for the checkout experience. The lady didn't greet us when we walked up. She kept talking, practically yelling conversation to a customer who was half way across the store. I would give a name but she didn't have a name tag. She rang up all my stuff and still didn't say anything. Told me the price. No please. Gave me my receipt and a dry thank you. Nothing fantastic. I got what I needed. Goes to show that customer service really means a lot. Smiley happy people are important. As a employee in retail you are paid to smile and be nice.

Then I find out they deliver. It was my first riding mower purchase ever and I don't have a trailer for it, so that was a super offer. There's a reason you go with local owners...

M-F first tour 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and last tour 1:00 PM No cameras or cell phones allowed. First a video is shown in the conference center. Then your guide will take you on the floor for your plant tour. You will get the ride tour which takes you on a small tractor tram ride through the entire plant from parts to assembled tractor. The tour starts off with a sign in, then a video showcasing some history. From there, you head downstairs to where 'the magic happens!'
