I really liked how the files, and pumice stone were all one per customer and then disposed. They also used liners for the pedicure tubs which is nice. I really appreciated how sanitary they were. Yami helped me pick a color, when I told her what I was looking for , and she was able to match the regular polish to gel without any trouble. She also tried four different types of gold glitter for me so that I would be 100% happy. I really appreciated not feeling rushed and her taking the time to "experiment" with the options. The entire staff is so friendly, funny and made me feel truly taken care of. The spa is extremely clean and had a very peaceful ambiance. As for my treatments, I got a facial from Hoda and a traditional Abhyanga massage from Cindie. My skin has been glowing for the past week.
