The school drug their feet and did not reach back out to us for 5 days despite us calling multiple times. In that time we made other arrangements. I spoke to a member of their staff several days before the charge occurred and said we weren't really sure what were we going to do but would reach out at the beginning of the new year. Out of nowhere we get charged $309 enrollment fee. We asked that it be returned. The school says it's non refundable. If $309 is what it costs to keep my sons out of a inattentive, nonrepsonsive, lackadaisical school then it is money well spent.

The owners, teachers, and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and it's so clear that every decision they make is rooted in supporting each child's well-being and developmental growth. One of the things that stands out most is their dedication to nurturing children's natural curiosity. They create an environment where exploration and discovery are not just encouraged--they're celebrated. It's evident through Ms. Prasanthi and Mr. Ashok and the entire staff's interaction with every child that entered the school door, and it's most apparent through Ms. Prasanthi's ability to remember every child's name in the school as well as greeting them with a warm smile and little details about their lives. My husband and I toured several daycares before deciding on OWM. The Director Tonya really took her time and explained how this daycare ran with clear expectations. We were super picky about where we wanted our daughter to go - with care and safety as our #1 priority. Our daughter loves it here and we feel like she is in wonderful hands (Ms. Megan & Ms. Vivian are her teachers and Ms. Sarah greets us at the door). We get updates throughout the day with detailed summary after we pick her up. She's learning a ton and she's only 1 (Montessori work & educational songs). I highly recommend this daycare! :)

Ms. Ashitha studies each child and tries to teach each one in ways he/she will understand. This helps kids learn in the most comfortable way for them. We really liked this aspect. Also, not to forget, this day care is maintained super clean and our kid seldom falls sick here. We had tried couple of other day cares nearby earlier but they are no match to the superb quality provided by Little Minds Academy.

We were given an after-hours, thorough tour of the facilities prior to enrolling, and we were impressed by the meticulous care with which everything is done, from the Montessori/Phonics methods of learning for all children, to the great variety of play/learning stations, the various activities offered, and the seemingly odd conviction (from a business perspective) to choose a smaller number of children receiving exceptional care and education over a larger number of children without this personalized attention. We have seen enormous changes in our daughter's development in less than two months, with much greater independence in play, improved confidence in exploring the world around her under supervision, as well as practical improvements such as sleep and eating, and we can directly attribute every single improvement to the tireless work of Miss Reena. Although there are no "fancy" offerings such as video surveillance and smartphone apps, parents of both infants and toddlers have open lines of communication in realtime via WhatsApp channels, and a daily personalized report during drop-off and pick-up to address any issues/concerns and offer invaluable advice on everything childcare-related. I had already reported it to the school that my daughter was assaulted by this male teacher and happened to be in contact with the other Mom, which is how we knew they lied. They sent out a very misleading email with no specifics to a select group of parents letting them know that a teacher would be let go due to "misjudgment". However, I don't consider the touching of a female student inappropriately a misjudgment. Furthermore Endeavor had no intention on bringing this information to the appropriate authorities. It was only after a case was filed by multiple parents that they were cooperative. They would have likely swept this under the carpet. Furthermore, the fact that they allowed male teachers to be alone and without an adult female in the room is beyond irresponsible, this should never be allowed. Please really think twice about sending your child here. There are far better options.

Both the teachers individually shared this with me, and Ninna later verified it. Ninna is generally lacking in professionalism, aptitude for running a business, and isn't a present or engaged leader at the school. Ninna & Carl, I was a PARENT of your school. It seems that my generosity and volunteerism had somehow shifted your expectations of me, which had you treating me like staff. You did not pay me, I did not work for you, and I had ZERO responsibility to register families at Montessori Oaks. Furthermore, YOU have a responsibility to be professional with ME as paying customer. For you to believe that I owe you professionalism and to register families at MO is absolutely senile. You don't know what you're doing, your staff have little respect for you, you aren't present on campus or with parents, you're defensive about feedback, and you've had to close your other campus and complain openly about the alarming financials of the Anderson Mill campus. If anyone is unprofessional, it's you. You are the common denominator of your businesses failures. Regardless of this, I have given dozens of hours of my time beautifying the campus and building a parent community, I've referred and registered families, and I've supported you through your mental health difficulties and business challenges (on multiple occasions Ninna solicited me for business and management advise about how to write up and fire teachers). Blaming me for the failing status of the school may be convenient, but ultimately, we all know that if you run a great program, you'll fill your classrooms. All this said, my son, who was upstairs with Nipa and Alex, had a fantastic learning and classroom experience with those two teachers. I couldn't recommend Nipa and Alex more highly. After leaving, I've had several parents reach out to me sharing similar frustrations about Ninna and how the school is run. Including one family who was kicked out without notice....there's a theme. If you're seriously considering enrolling here, I'd encourage you to call at 5 different times during open hours just to see how often the phone is answered...Ninna's not there, she's not engaged, and she'll pretend that the failing school status is because of others. Get a grip Ninna. You're in charge. Act like it.
