If I could give this school zero stars, I would. Let's begin with the administration. The owner is often dismissive, unprofessional, and at times openly hostile. While the school is marketed as "Montessori," it functions more as an unstructured daycare with little alignment to Montessori principles. Serious concerns include: Staffing: The school is consistently understaffed and over ratio, creating unsafe conditions for children and undue liability for staff. Health & Safety Hazards: Mold present in classrooms. Exterior doors that do not close or lock properly. Playground infested with ants throughout the mulch, yet children are still required to play outside. Broken or incomplete classroom materials. Air conditioning that fails frequently. Flickering or broken lights that pose fire risks. Broken cots, wobbly tables, and unstable chairs. Exposed pipes (until recently) that children could access. Baseboards coming off the gym walls with no repairs. Food & Allergy Concerns: Although one staff member works diligently to accommodate dietary needs, administration fails to communicate allergen risks to parents. Families frequently bring in egg and nut products, putting children with allergies at risk. Concerns raised to administration are brushed off to avoid "too many rules" for parents. Incident Reporting: Injuries and behavioral incidents (such as biting, falls, and fingers caught in doors--all occurring in recent months) are not consistently reported to parents unless a visible mark is present. Outdoor Policies: Staff are expected to take children outside in extreme heat (100°+), further endangering their well-being. Professional Conduct: The owner has openly referred to mothers as "insecure" and dismissed a crying infant in a meeting, later commenting to staff, "Isn't it more peaceful now?" Such remarks demonstrate a troubling lack of respect for both families and children. Recommendation: I cannot in good conscience recommend this school for employment or enrollment. If you have other options, I strongly advise seeking a safer, more professional, and truly child-centered environment elsewhere. read more

As a former employee, I feel compelled to highlight the need for enhanced licensing oversight at this school. During my tenure, I witnessed non-compliance with licensing regulations and inconsistent treatment of staff by the administration. Some employees struggled with language barriers, leading to communication issues. This school hires non-professional teachers who do not speak English. I strongly advise against bringing children to this school or seeking employment here. The owner, Mrs. Jodi, focuses on financial gain rather than educational excellence, and her disregard for employee welfare is troubling. The absence of a comprehensive curriculum and unprofessional behavior among staff, who gossip in their own language, are significant concerns. The director, Mrs. V, managed employee leave ineffectively, leading to staffing shortages; she approves employees' PTO all at the same time. Moreover, the disparity in paid time off based on nationality is concerning - Indian teachers are entitled to two weeks of PTO, while non-Indians or other nationalities are only allowed one week of PTO. Personally, I experienced difficulties with incorrect compensation, which took months to rectify. The school's reluctance to invest in educational resources and maintain facilities is also concerning; Mrs. Jodi never invests in new toys and materials for her teachers' classrooms, which I find to be very cheap. Again, I wouldn't recommend bringing your children here. It's not a real Montessori School. The owner only uses the name Montessori to attract and encourage parents to enroll their children and make money. For job seekers, if you want to be treated fairly, I don't recommend applying and wasting your time and efforts at this school. read more

We LOVE One World Montessori! Both of our children have attended OWM. Our youngest joined since she was 10 weeks old and worked her way up all the way through 6 years old, graduated Kindergarten, before she moved on to First Grade elsewhere. And my oh my, was she prepared beyond! All these amazing teachers have been pouring so much love, care and guidance into our children (and all other students) that help them grow internally, at their own pace, develop character, and growing connections while having so much fun together! And best of all, confidence. An independent confident child who feels safe because the structure and consistency the environment (school) offers, can grow without fears and think for themselves, speak their mind, tap into their own potentials, and is less dependent on reassurance from adults. Our children are happy and confident, and were able to communicate well, read and doing multiplications by the time they left. We are so grateful for Mrs.Jodi and the amazing team of educators for helping our children every step of the way, to grow to their full potentials over all these years Thank you One World Montessori for creating such a safe and strong foundation for our children to build on, so they can succeed in life. We have only good things to say about this place. You can clearly tell that the teachers who do this job with a passion, love their calling, their contribution to the children's development, in the clean fun work space they have created, and have been working there for years. I have been working with Ms. Jodi for the past 12 years, and in my experience, the rules have always been applied equally to everyone. Please know that Ms. Jodi takes all feedback seriously and is fully committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-quality environment for both staff and students. Regarding the curriculum and classroom resources, we continuously review and update our materials to align with authentic Montessori principles. Each classroom is well-equipped with a wide range of Montessori materials, and we actively welcome suggestions from our team to further enhance the learning environment. The director Ms.V manages employee leave requests fairly and consistently. While staffing can sometimes be challenging, she has never refused a PTO request and always does her best to accommodate everyone. Every employee-regardless of nationality, whether Indian, American, or from any other background-receives the same one week of paid vacation. We have three children ages 3, 2, and 1, and we couldn't be happier with One World Montessori. From day one, the school has given us tremendous peace of mind and confidence, which is essential when you're leaving such young children in someone else's care. All of the teachers at the school are amazing. While we would especially like to mention Ms. Vivian, Ms. Marcela, Ms. Annett, Ms. Sami, Ms. Maria, and Ms. Andrea, the truth is that the entire teaching team is wonderful. They all show so much love, patience, and dedication, and it's clear that they truly love what they do and care deeply about each child's individual development. A special recognition goes to Mrs. Vaishnavi--she is warm, professional, and always willing to help, making the entire process much easier for families. The environment is warm, safe, and educational. Our children are happy, are constantly learning, and come home smiling, which for us says it all. This school is a joke. I worked there for years and the last time I was there in January I decided to give my 2 week notice, Mrs Jodi the owner wanted me to lie to my parents about my leaving. She told parents I was going to have a surgery and would be back. There is no way I would ever go back after the way she treats people when they decide to give a notice. I gave my notice because she felt I was not "working" to her standards after so many years. The last 3 years I was there I never had any complaints with parents in how I would teach them. She also wanted me to come on here last year to make a fake account and post a "good" review that she would pay me for, which I did not do! I was not planning on doing this but she knows why I am. Treat your employees with respect and pay them when they decide to give their notice. I cannot recommend One World Montessori daycare enough! The staff is truly exceptional in their dedication to the children's education and development. I dont understand the bashing of this school coming from former employees. Why is it that when you work there everything is fine no complaints but you get written up by licensing or let go then you want to point out all of the things that are in non compliance being done. As a teacher if you see something you report it to your employer if nothing gets done then you report it to licensing. So if teachers saw non compliance issues but said nothing then what does that say about those teachers or that one. People tend to go write nasty reviews when they have been fired or let go from a job. That's just being petty or malicious. My son goes to OWM for a year from now and we have been extremely happy with the positive and loving environment at OWM. Most of the teachers are kind and caring and the current teacher for PreK-Veda is very good with kids.Jackie who sits at the front desk is the biggest asset there and she is always cheerful and helpful.The place is clean and maintained well.Its a new facility where some of the rooms have yet to be opened up.They have good learning aids for the kids and the food seems to be decent.This is also very close to our home(Highland Horizon) and pickup and dropoffs are super easy.The price is reasonable for what they are providing and I recommend for any family who needs care for their loved ones without breaking their bank. read more

I have had my children at both campuses and I have the up most respect for the director,Jodi, and the entire staff! My son attends the infant room and the women are the most loving and caring teachers! My daughter is in the toddler room and personally, as a teacher, I knew what I wanted and the type of environment I wanted my children to be in while I was at work and the teachers and curriculum exceeds every expectation I had! My children are able to thrive in a safe and loving community. As a mother there is nothing else I could ask from them! Very impressed with this school and wouldn't change it for the world. Our daughter goes there since she has been 4 months old and us as her parents can see how much they care, not only for her but also for other childrens, given the amount of joy our daughter shows everytime we drop her off, definitely a very positive and pleasant environment to drop off your kids at. Furthermore, we have noticed a significant progress in our child development over the past few years, which is also a true testimony of the certified staff they have in place is very good.
