Chunks of polish came off and there is tacky semi-wet polish that has rubbed into my skin. Now I'm out $40 and can't go back because I'm sitting on a plane.

The services itself was what you would expect for basic service. Nothing extraordinary just basic. The prices were reasonable. The pedicure didnt contain anything bur water. No bath salts, fizzy bubbles NOTHING! The nail tech started off by taking her time but as it got closer to closing she began to rush.. Some parts of the service was not consistent. She was going to completely skip the foot massage until I mentioned it. She massaged one foot with oil and the other with lotion. The manicure was wack! It didnt have any thing special in the bowl just warm water and she dropped some.oil in it. I'm use to flower petals, marbles and some kind of creamy cuticle treatment. She left as I was drying, forgetting to put top coat on my nails. I washed my hands too soon and totally ruined the manicure.
