Great when you are in a hurry but sadly won't last. I got my nails done on nye with a dip manicure, it chipped in 4 days. I was so dissatisfied, I called the salon and they did offer to fix the nail. Only problem is It chipped completely off in 48 hours. I have never had a dip manicure last less than a week. It's the only reason to opt for this service versus a standard manicure. I have been coming to this shop for years and sadly I have watched the quality of service decline. I went into the shop for a full set, i purchased my own curve nails to ensure it would be done how I liked. I had them take off my previous nails. They suggested to soak them, I said "no time I can go somewhere else if you aren't comfortable using force". They said no stay. The gentleman started doing my nails. It wasnt until the acrylic was placed and smoothed that i observed the nails were placed at different points on my nail bed causing the curves to be noticeably different and to see that he did not apply the acrylic on good at all. I asked him to fix it and he told me no time and expected me to leave a mess. I had him cut them off and he still had the nerve to charge me for nail takeoff when I left the shop in worse shape then I came in. The staff is insanely rude ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONIST the first time and second time I went I was charged 45 dollars for dip powder on my fingernails which isn't that bad a little pricey but they came out great. The last time I came (I went to the same guy I don't know his name but he sits in the back near the waxing area) did my nails again and I got a regular pedicure this time. When I went to pay he told me 100 dollars I was like WHAT?!?! I looked at the pricing it clearly says 45 for dip and 35 for a pedicure. Where the extra 20 dollars came from I DONT KNOW. They're not even worthy of one star. Very terrible customer service. My nail tech Tina was obviously tired, kept yawning. It was displayed in her work. She was rushing. Changed my nail shape without asking me. Whenever I questioned or made my requests I was totally ignored. The staff was rude & didn't understand much English. They ignore you then speak amongst themselves in their language. She screwed up my eyebrows, one side was arched higher than the other. I addressed it with the owner. I requested another employee that seemed better with the eyebrow work to correct it. Worst decision. This lady was very very impatient, seemed like she was arguing with Tina for screwing up & she wasn't willing to help, Rudely asked me "what you want me to do?" I just want to let you know that as a first time customer I am very disappointed and will not be back . I was very happy when I came across your page because your work looks awesome but I was sadly mistaken today . One of your employees ( I do not know the name but he sits all the way in the back when you first come in to the left by where they do the lashes ) he was taking off my nails and made two of my nails bleed, number one. He was very rude to me telling me to stop looking at my nails when all I was doing was simply checking to make sure they were done correctly number 2 . Then I had to keep telling him to fix all of his mistakes number 3 and number 4, the nails are absolutely horrible .
