My email, voicemail and text messages requesting exercise information were all ignored. My 2nd 7 am appointment - therapist no showed. I got a voicemail saying she was sorry but there was no school and she had over slept with kids. I said I would not be be keeping any other appointments. I had paid $75 cash for 1st appointment - based on my experience I sent an email asking for a refund - email was actually acknowledged and even replied to - stating that I would not be refunded for services rendered along with an apology for missed appointment- due to a scheduling error. Thankfully I have found a great therapist who is responsible, on-time and provides me information promised in a timely manner.

I would have enjoyed being able to sit and mellow for a bit with a cup of tea. The therapist placed a cup of water at the checkout station out front. They were definitely trying to close up shop and get out of there. For the price paid not a way to encourage return visits.
