He told me that most people must go to therapy at least four months. The last time I went to see the surgeon, he said he was impressed with the progression & happy with results. He credited Results. He was so impressed he said I could stop going to therapy whenever I felt comfortable doing therapy at home. I don't have to go back to the surgeon for 3 months. My last therapy appointment was last Thursday. Friday was only 10 weeks post surgery. If I run into any difficulties Dr. Price has sent in orders s I can have more therapy. I cannot imagine going to anyone else. They get 5 stars in my book any day!

Initial problem was huge out of network bills close to $700 for 2 hours of physical therapy. I got another bill for over $200+ just 2 days before Christmas. This week another bill $19.94. I had been assured the therapist was in network with Bluecross. It appears results physiotherapy/ Benchmark in Goodlettsville thought therapist Gracie was in network and assured me Bill would be corrected. Turns out per BCBS this person was not in their network. So 1 physical therapist who treated was in network and the 2nd was not. I filed a complaint via BCBS and was told it is resolved. Clearly I have no trust in this company or how they do business so now I will need to file a new complaint via my insurance company. Guess they do understand the no surprise billing act or how to treat customers. Turns out Benchmark is owned by a private equity company. I now Recommend avoiding any company owned by a private equity group or hedge fund.

She is very focus, witty, professional, and purchases all the candy. She knows that this candy man loves candy. Lol. Madeline works with my elderly mother. She is so encouraging, patient, and very skilled. She is one of my favorites. She has helped my mother in a short period of time improve tremendously. Yet, my mother has a sometime to go, but the improvement is such a blessing. I would recommend this place to anyone who serious about wanting to get better and getting AMAZING RESULTS! I asked 3 times what the latest appointment they have, but she refused to…read moregive a ballpark idea and stuck with her "no I'm really sorry but everyone has a different schedule". I am asking because I would like to know if you ever have appointments after 5:00pm, so I can determine if I can ever have the chance to make it there after work. FYI That does not bring in business. Very odd, get a better front desk receptionist, maybe who tries to lure your clients to the business instead of repel.
