I initially heard about them from a fellow self employed musician who was having concerns about losing their affordable healthcare through Obamacare - since I, at 34, was considered "old" by most insurance companies' standards, just getting a basic plan, let alone any catastrophic care was so expensive, I'd have to refinance my house just to pay for my coverage not to mention my husband's. I didn't think there was any other way. With Dr. Steve's and his team, I don't have to worry about it anymore. If I have a problem, I just text or call and they take care of it. If I need to come for a visit, it's taken care of - I have had everything from my well visits with their OB to standard blood tests to full on allergy panels, minor procedures, support tracking down Lyme and Thyroid issues.... the works - my husband had two surgeries this past year and the after-care support from Dr. Steve's was unreal. They go above and beyond and you're treated like a person, not a paycheck. This is the way healthcare is supposed to be.

Beware their billing department!! Not only do they want to get paid by the insurance company but they also want to extract money from you. They either code treatments wrong on purpose to get the extra cash or they're the most incompetent medical billing department on the planet and good luck getting them to review or change their mistakes. Like most everyone ,I prefer not going to a Doctor. The staff here made me feel at home. So it made the overall situation (sick experience) better. The staff and the Dr. were very professional. I was informed of all my options with very good detail. Also I was informed of tests and when results was expected. This will be the walk-in clinic I visit.

Came in on a Sunday for upper respiratory cold/issues that have been long term. Not even sure if Covid/Flu results were accurate at that point, since they never mentioned them when they finally got back to me. Was given a round of antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. I was talked down to by the PA when I asked questions. Seemed like I was wasting their time. Lacked compassion and professionalism. Went to my PCP the following day (Monday) and was diagnosed with pneumonia.
