We rented 4 boats (2 - 74' 1-65' and 1- 50') in mid July and the boats were clean and fully functioning. The customer service was awesome from the start. The office communication,about the rental and the questions we had, the crew that helped get us all set on and off the boats and the people working the gas pumps, the store and the restaurant. My family and friends rented a 50' family boat and I was so impressed with how nice the boat was organized. The marina was clean and had everything we needed for a GREAT long weekend. The Marina is impressive with the bridge over top of it. Loading and unloading was efficient and there were plenty of heavy duty carts to get your gear moved. SUNSET Houseboat- 50 footer very comfortable for 4 couples! Generator was brand new and started very easily. Overall fantastic experience. Staff was really courteous and knowledgeable. When we did have an issue with our fridge, they came out immediately even though we were camped 15 miles away on the other side of the lake. They took care of us! A+++++ service.

The thoughtful touches in our suite were numerous! Wether it was a sound machine, NetFlix on the television or board games on the shelf everything seemed to be carefully planned and followed through. This building in 1986 was once a grocery store & barroom. Then the Obey River Inn opened in 1996. Rachel & Alex bought it in 2020 and personally did the majority of the renovations! Not only was there the discomfort of the couch, but there were 2 nearby overhead lights that could not be turned off. Though we attempted to call the office re:these concerns, our calls did not go through due to no connection. My sister, who made the reservation, filed a complaint with the Operations Director, but our concerns were not heeded. Though we sisters always enjoy our time together, we were disappointed not only in our stay there, but also the lack of concern on the part of the Management.
