This time they put me in docs exam room right away. Dr. Warminski came in maybe 15 minutes later (which was much better than previous visits)! He was friendly, professional and concerned about my issue. He immediately called in a prescription and I was in and out within 25 minutes this time. The doctor goes by whatever her assistants inform her of, so if the assistants don't get it right, the doctor doesn't diagnose properly. Today I lightly mentioned a scar (I have had for 35 years) that has changed a shade darker. That was misinterpreted as I have floaters. They even gave me a printed out paper on floaters. So 3 hours of dilation and $250 out of pocket and a diagnosis of something I do not have. At least I got the photos taken so I can compare to my previous and best set. 3 star rating because of the photo quality. The assistants and support employees are very nice.

Tried every option, but nope, no on call option. Now I may need to pay for an ER visit. I wouldn't be so upset if they hadn't told me there was an on call option. Also, I was told to come in at 7:30am for surgery, but didn't get in until 11:30, long wait. Description says they treat everyone like family, but I don't think you'd gaslight your family like this, just feels crappy. UPDATE: Their phone system wasn't functioning properly and they fixed it on Monday. My confidence in them has improved to where I think I'm getting good care.

I basically suffer from a unique eye disease that Dr. Khetpal helps me to treat. I really haven't had any flair ups in awhile but I still visit with him regularly to monitor my condition. Every time I come in the Front office staff is always very friendly and then the technical staff who help run the tests are familiar with us and always ask how things are going and what we have been doing like vacations. And finally after running the eye tests and dilation I then see Dr. Khetpal and asks if I have had any issues and then we catch up on what we have done. But really pleased to have found him as he is one of the few eye doctors that can help treat my condition.

After seeing one rude nurse, Andrea, I went back to the lobby to wait to see the doctor. After sitting there for almost 40 minutes I realized that patients who arrived after me were being seen. Then I waited 30 minutes for my eyes to fully dilate and the doctor saw me right away. Some reviewers have complained about the wait time. Well, what some don't realize is that the doctors probably had an emergency and I have been that emergency before. I've been the one that had to have their eye lasered because I had a retina tear. Before you complain, think about why the wait happened. Perhaps you could be the one to need to have your eyes lasered next time and cause the office to be behind.
