You order from outside and there are tables with umbrellas to seating. There was no one there when we arrived. We stood waiting for several minutes, though we saw staff inside. Finally, a young guy came to the window and took our order. After that, we received our ice cream quickly. As other reviewers have noted, the regular scoop is very big; my wife got a mini scoop and it was plenty. I should have ordered that as well, but I went for the regular scoop. Really, too much ice cream for me. I chose the Huckleberry Heaven and my wife got Pistachio. Both flavors, very good. Though it was very warm outside, not to mention poor air quality due to the fires, it was comfortable at the tables, with a slight breeze. Still, we didn't linger outside for too long. Good value due to the large portions, and the ice cream was very good. We'll be back.

We arrived around 9:23 pm, fully aware it was close to closing time, and the lobby was still fairly busy with families and other customers. We placed a simple order--one scoop of ice cream and a filled churro--and sat down to wait. After about 10 minutes, we noticed staff spending time chatting and interacting with what appeared to be friends at the counter, including handling churros in a more playful than professional way. When our name was called, we were informed that the churro machine was broken. The staff offered us a refund along with a free ice cream, which we appreciated. Another family who had ordered before us was told the same and accommodated as well. However, shortly after, we observed a group of teenagers (who seemed to be friends of the staff) being tossed churros over the counter. This was frustrating to witness, especially in a lobby full of paying customers who had just been told the churros were unavailable due to quality or equipment issues. It created a confusing and somewhat unfair experience. I do want to note that the staff was polite and accommodating when addressing customers directly, and we appreciated the effort to make things right. That said, the behavior observed between staff and their friends came across as unprofessional and took away from the overall experience. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that management can address the importance of maintaining consistent professionalism, especially in front of customers. With better attention to that, this could easily be a great place to visit.
