They quickly send your pictures directly to your Langone portal test results area and were super clear. The tech quality of the images is better then I've received before at other locations. I was brought into an exam room, had my vitals taken, and was left sitting there for another 30 minutes. At 4:45 PM, an hour and a half past my appointment time, I had to leave. The support staff here are excellent. Crystal was very helpful in setting everything up, and Cheryll at the front desk was compassionate, respectful, and apologetic as she processed the refund for my co-pay. Dr. Linzer, however, was incredibly unprofessional. While I was at the desk, she came out looking visibly agitated. Instead of apologizing for the massive delay, she abruptly demanded to know if I was leaving or wanted to be seen. When I told her I found the wait and the experience disrespectful, she immediately cut me off, cited "emergencies" in an aggressive tone, and quite literally stormed away. Given how I saw her handle this situation, displaying a complete lack of poise and compassion, I am truly glad I didn't receive any medical care from her. I would strongly encourage anyone considering using her as a physician to take that into account. Her time is not more valuable than her patients' time. If you want a doctor who treats you with basic professional courtesy and respects your schedule, look elsewhere.

In by 11:45pm out by 3:15pm. After I was given the air in my nostrils the next thing I know I was out on recovery area waking up. All done. Time to go home. Once again another excellent patient care service. From working in to a very clean and nicely decorated establishment I was treated with care. I forgot my mask but the lady at the front desk was happy to give me a new face mask. Temp was taken and she made sure all my paperwork was in order including my Covid test. In a few minutes got my urine sample done and back to the lobby. Before I would sit down I was called in for things to start. Dr Lipp, Dr Dee Sawala, Nurse Lindsay, Tech Kerry, Nurse Kelly, RN Judith and Nurse Jehanne. They were all amazing, friendly and very professional. They all made me very relaxed and comfortable. I was at ease. We even had some laughs. Each person made sure all my prep work was followed perfectly so I can have a safe procedure. Everyone was very informative and at times repeating the same questions to make sure I was exact in what I did or did it do. I'm happy for that. I had drank water that morning which I shouldn't have done. This is very dangerous to do. The nurses then explained it to Dr Dee Sawala so I had to wait until it was clear & safe for me to proceed. I was a bit frustrated for I hadn't eaten for almost 2 days. Nurse Lindsay talked me down and again was very nice, polite, pleasant and understanding. So we laughed about it and I stayed. I eat about 4-7 times a day and for a second there wanted to leave and come back. I am hangery. Lol. After the procedures I felt like nothing happened. No pain. No discomfort just tired. I was alert and was given paperwork of what was done and what not to do or take for 24hrs. Including MUST have an escort to take your home and look after you 24hrs. I am very appreciative for everything. The kindness, care and professionalism of everyone was over the top. 100000% patient care. Got home had a bowl of soup and went to bed. The next day. This was my first ever visit to G.I. doctors office to address potential concern and Dr Brandon Rieders [Jr] was very thorough on questions, physical exam and advise on possibilities of cause and all available options forward that are available. We were easily able to agree on next step actions and followup appointment easily made upon exiting. All staff members around him were pleasant and kind to interact with as well. I told them I'd called their office four times the day prior. "Oh, we were busy" was their reply. I canceled my appointment and will find a different Gastro Doctor. I worked in a medical office for ten years, we would never have let four calls go unreturned.
