Shitty customer service! Just got out of work tonight at 3…read moream and got a flat rate of $35 from Fall River to New Bedford. I asked the driver if he could make a quick stop on the way so I may get something to eat. He said it would be an extra $5 to do so The establishment was closed when we arrived. He then proceeded to say with a nasty attitude "well I'm not driving around all night!" ....that is literally your job. Worst can company in the area. This isn't the first time an employee had a bad attitude towards a customer! Unreliable and poor people skills!

She did not help up with any of our luggage, knowing that we both were using canes and had trouble putting the carry ons in the trunk. I will say no more.
