Called and placed the order, they told me how much it was, which was great, but in my way down to pick up the pizza i got a call from the hut stating that they had already turned the ovens off. Service was terrible, Brooklyn was supposed to be the waitress. She was more interested in her phone and showing who ever was at the cutting area what she was seeing on it. We were so excited to come here because we don't have a dine-in near out house. It was an interesting experience. The place appears to the eye as if it is falling apart from the inside out. We ordered not so quickly, not sure if they were training a new employee or what. We tried to be patient. We seated ourselves. The food took a long while to get to us. Much longer than average. The food was okay, the best part was surely the French fries. Everything else had little to no flavor. I was sorely disappointed. Not sure how this place is still running. No complaints! We ordered our food around 1pm and requested pick up for 5pm. When we arrived, it was hot and waiting for us. Everything was correct, nothing missing from our order, and it was very good--especially the meat lovers pasta! Like I said, nothing to complain about. read more

We had an average experience here, mostly because of the people we went to lunch with were fun and great to be with. Our waitress was pleasant and got us our food, everything came out correctly and was pretty yummy. It did take a while for it to come out, but then again, cooking a large piece of dough will do that. After our meal came out, I never saw our waitress again. Drinks were gone and no refills were offered, pizza platters and bbq wing bowls were licked clean and never taken away, and the tables around us were never bussed clean after the patrons left. It just didn't seem very professional and "on the ball", which is always hard to witness. TIPS & TRICKS: * If you are in a rush, order ahead and dine in. * There is a full salad bar available, lots of good options and it was filled when I was there, which was great. * High chairs are available for the young eaters, and are found near the bathrooms in the corner. read more

This may be the slowest restaurant in town. The food quality has gotten a lot better. The quality of service is still a struggle here. There are better places in town to get Pizza. If they would improve the service, they would have a higher rating. read more

Our experience at this Pizza Hut was not good at all. My husband wanted a diet soda and he asked what flavors they offered. He was told by the server that they had Diet Dr. pepper, only within a few minutes she returned to say that didn't have it. Okay...simple mistake, although disappointing. Then we tried to order the garlic cheese balls, but the server said they had ran out of them right before we ordered. Okay that's two things we wanted they were out of/didn't have. We ordered 24 boneless chicken in two sauces, and a small combo pizza. Our food finally came out and the order was wrong! They gave us 12 bone-in chicken wings. My husband brought the mistake up to the server, and she apologized, but we told her that we'd keep the food because we didn't want to wait forever for them to fix our order, but to make sure she charged us right on the bill. We ate. Food was good. Lots of sauce on the chicken, pizza was hot and tasty. No complaints on the preparation of the food. Husband went up to pay. The server never changed the check to reflect what we actually ordered. She told him that the boneless wings and the bone-in were the same price. Husband says the online price shows a five dollar difference. He asks to see the menu and shows her that the price is not the same. She says that she needs to get the manager to fix it. Please get your manager then said my husband. Manager arrives, doesn't apologize for the mistakes, including the five dollar overcharge. She says they are out of dollars and pays him in quarters and then hurries off. I'm sorry but a little good customer service goes a long way. We're pretty good about being understanding when a mistake is made, but this was mistake after mistake, and no we're not walking away from getting our five dollars back that you owe us! Too bad. There are other establishments in Star Valley that have good food, good customer service, keep their food/drinks/money in stock, and those will be the places we will continue to frequent. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. If I could give it negative stars I would. We showed up at 6:15 at which point we had waited long enough to have our order taken and no one came, so we went and asked to be served. We then continued to wait for our food until 7:20. We were also only one of two tables placing an order. When our pizza finally arrived the pizza was made incorrectly and both pizzas were burnt. If you are thinking about eating here DO NOT. The restaurant is filthy and I can't even imagine the kitchen. The entire time we were there not a single table had been cleaned. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I went there on a Sunday afternoon at 3. There were three booths and one table, the booths all had their food. The waitress sat us and gave us menus and never came back to even ask what we wanted to drink. She gave the table their food and even refilled their drinks. She never even acknowledged us after sitting us at our booth. We waited half an hour before leaving. read more
