UPDATE: Completely peeled off both mani and pedi less than two days after the salon visit. It was a total waste of money. Went in for a gel pedi/dip mani; my friend got a regular mani/pedi. The dip was all glitter, so I ended up getting a gel mani. They took forever, which was fine I suppose. The actual pedicure filing and manicure trimming/cuticles were absolutely fine and the lady was super nice. The cost was affordable. That's where it ends. My nails look horrendous and I guarantee the polish is going to peel off later today, my friends nails look gummy and sloppy even with regular nail polish. The lady was extremely nice but this is absolutely the WORST no chip I have ever received in my entire life! And I was told this is normal. I will never go here again. Slow as can be. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon . . . then to check my account only to find that they altered the amount I paid and added on additional money after I left the place. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. The older man was rude to me the entire time I was there. I asked ahead of time how much a fill would be, he said $30and up. I just wanted a straight price before he started and he mumbled and started working on my hand. He had my arm turned so I had to sit awkward, even after explaining it hurt my back to sit that way. He set the light machine dead center in front of me even when I asked to slide it over, he slammed things. (any other place I've gone to alternates with it side to side, so your hand is forward, not turned. He kept mumbling and pulling my hand sideways as he worked on my nails -- It got so bad that I sent a text to my boyfriend to come there (more to have someone else witness what was happening). As soon as a man was with me, the attitude changed, but not completely. Since my hand was turned, my nails were filed crooked. Not that badly, but when you're paying you want it done right. He did it purposely, pissed that I asked the price before he started. In the middle of working on my nails, he stopped and used the gel and same brush to fix the cord on his cellphone -- THE SAME BRUSH HE WAS USING ON MY HANDS WAS USED TO FIX HIS CELLPHONE. TERRIBLE experience at this salon! Last year I had surgery and to cheer me up, my lady took me here for a pedicure. They act like they didn't want to serve me. My lady and her daughter got pedicures and were completely done and waiting for me to have my pedicure completed. We had to ask them to finish my pedicure as my feet just sat in the water. We had to remind them that I a simple clear coat on my nails, and then they quickly and nonchalantly applied the polish.... then completely ignored me and left me alone. My lady had to ask them to get some disposable sandals so my nail polish would not get smudged and they just handed them to her. My lady had to put them on me herself. People go to get manicures and pedicures to relax and be pampered... which is far from what I felt. I was given lackluster service and I felt ignored and overlooked. I give this place five star's,Jessica does an AMAZING JOB!!!She's the only one who can do cheetah designs that look great.The new manager did a fill in for me and he made my nail crooked.He even tried to say that my natural nail is crooked. UMMM HELLO! I am currently at Star Vision with my 9 year old daughter getting a pedicure. The woman doing her pedicure is on the phone with her boyfriend, cussing and talking about her relationship problems. My nail tech is amazing & asked if we want a deluxe pedicure, to which the woman doing my daughter's pedicure replied "don't make me do more work." She is very rude and keeps fighting with her boyfriend/husband on the phone. It's a shame that one person can ruin your whole expirience. Although my nail tech is great, we will never be back. Missy is back! She does an excellent job! Polish is full coverage and flawless every time. The salon has better sanitary practices than other salons I have gone to, the massage chairs are new (they also have kid size chairs for pedis...super cute), the salon is open concept, and everyone was friendly. read more

I get gel polishes here, and they last without chipping. So it's good quality if you don't need the fancy resort type of feel from a salon. There's usually not a long wait, if any. Good price. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a mani-pedi and the water was really hot. Then I went and got a no - chip manicure and the got the gel off my finger and they had to pull it off and it really hurt. The lady kept complaining that she wanted to go home . I decided to go here after work one day. It had been maybe 3 years since I stopped going. But once I walked in one day this week I thought someone new bought it. It was all redecorated. And new workers all together which will please many people. The nails them selves were pretty good. I can't complain since they were only $25 for a full acrylic set. I just wish I picked a different color in the end. I will go back as long as they are going to be this good. And you can't beat the price, other salons want $35-50 for a simple full set. This place sucked. They butchered me. They made me bleed, I was in so much pain have a time I couldn't even enjoy it and he I could tell the guy did not know what he was doing at all he was confused shaky and I had to keep pulling away because he kept hurting me. There was air bubbles they were crooked they were thick some of them were too thin and some of them broke. Then a woman came over and put shellac on top of the horribly done nails. I went there for about a year and they did a decent job. Not great but not bad. I gave up with them after a bad experience I had with the lady walking off all the time. Every time I got a male, he always smelt like smoke. Then he would leave to go smoke when my nails were drying and just letting hang in the drying station. Never going back there ever again.
