Sitting here sipping a brew and reading, I am constantly made to look up because of noise as the crew bang things almost as if it's intentional or at least uncaring. This is an exception to the many Starbucks I visit. Why all the racket? OK you are busy but you can still try to be careful. They seem nice enough otherwise. Maybe it's just one person? read more

Best Starbucks in the Valley for staying in to enjoy a cup of java. Normally clean & not ridiculously loud. Friendly staff. I've never gotten an incorrect drink, and the baristas are normally crazy fast. Minor annoyance at the tiny parking lot (I've literally tried to get a latte and just skipped it since I couldn't find parking). I've never done the drive thru here, though. read more

This location is much more suitable as a drive-thru then a sit-in. The parking lot is tiny, sharing with AT&T and Five Guys. And the drive-thru actually starts on the side of Five Guys not Starbucks, strange but hey, as long as I get my caffeine fix it's all good. Absolutely blown away by how disrespectful my barista was. I stop by every morning after my workout and typically go through the drive-thru and always have a very pleasant experience with the employees working the window. I went in today because the line was long and I was already late. I asked for a venti black coffee with cream and stevia and Katie pointed towards the door and said I can do those things myself, (there was no stevia at the station). I said okay and handed her my card and she scoffed and said, "no you can do that yourself too". She then slammed down my 3/4 full cup on the counter and said next without offering me my receipt or saying thank you. I said thanks, and she responded with, "yup. Next." Despite there being no one behind me. Maybe consider hiring people who are actually interested in doing their job. She was an awful way to start my day. read more

Terrible customer service. Batista had a bad attitude in the drive through and was giving me rude looks the whole time I was paying. Terrible parking lot situation. Cups always leak through the seams and coffee is mediocre at best. read more

I'm a Starbucks junkie so my opinion may be biased, but I loved it here. The barista was very sweet to me and understanding, and my drink and sandwich were both delicious. It was a very clean and homey environment and definitely represented the company well. read more

Went yesterday. My favorite part of the visit was when the barista open the drive thru window and you could smell the sweet smell of fresh brew coffee. Aw The service was quick. The barista was friendly and very nice. I have been in the inside before. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. read more

Very slow service, unorganized, and often get orders wrong. There doesn't seem to be enough staff to meet the demand. Simple orders, such as a grande blonde roast w/ room came out filled to the brim & leaking every where! Plain bagel NOT toasted, came out toasted. Little things but when paying more, I expect more. This location might win the prize for worst Starbucks on the East Coast. Nowhere to park. Impossible to see how long the drive thru line is and once you're in it you can't get out. Average wait time on any given day is 25-30 mins. It's been this way for years so I don't expect them to get better any time soon. I was here yesterday and I realize they are busy and short staff but I had come in today to get a grande hot chocolate and stood there waiting 25 mins later to realize they never had my cup ready to go and saw 5 customers after me recieve there drinks. I then nicely went up to the cashier to ask for a refund and he made an issue out of that saying he didnt have a pen and did not know how to do a refund. Ontop of it horrible service they did not even say they are sorry. So upsetting I stood there too and did not even get acknowledged I was waiting for my drink for a while. read more

This has to be the slowest drive thru Starbucks I've been too! And the service is not that great either. There used to be a nice young gentleman working there and he always used to makeup for the wait time with how nice and friendly he was. Always asked how my day was going . He must not be there anymore. The rest of the staff is not friendly at all especially an older lady who might be the manager. She always hands me my drink without saying thank you. This location never fails to disappoint - you can always count on being held up for an extraordinarily long time by apathetic workers - who really could care less how long it takes to get you your coffee - or how many cars are in line. They have one speed. Slow. Day in and day out. read more

I stopped by this morning to get an ice coffee. I usually make my own at home but once or twice a week I go thru the drive thru and order the same thing but why does it taste different every time? Seriously I'm paying top dollar for coffee I would like to taste it as the same every time. I will be making less stops there and prefect my own brew! read more

Regular coffee is just overpriced coffee in my opinion. Specialty code is great and has a great selection. Can be understaffed at times. The food you can buy there is a little pricy but good. read more

Worst Starbucks I've been too sadly closest one near me ,I've had simple orders of black tea messed up so many times I've lost count :best bet is to avoid drive through and go inside to order or you will most likely get the wrong order . read more

This place is really bad in general from the coffee , to the customer service, to the general ambiance.

This is the slowest drive-through I've ever been too. Each time I go it is at least a 15 minute wait. At various times of the day, so it can't be blamed on just "being busy" which is what the manager said to me. The last time I went, I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. Finally pulled up to the window, and there it sat for at least 2 minutes, out of my reach with people walking past it. Finally I yelled "HELLO? CAN I JUST HAVE MY COFFEE?" into the window, and someone finally handed it to me. I called and filed a complaint. And never went back. Get it together, how hard is it to make drinks and serve coffee in a timely manner? And, maybe apologize when you mess up? read more

The slowest Starbucks on Earth. Every day, no matter the traffic. Infuriating. Staff up or train better. How do the rest if them do it?

Stopped in here and utilized the mobile app. My drink of choice is a iced cafe latte, half caf with caramel sauce on top-pretty easy order. Every Starbucks I go to mistakes the sauce for syrup. If I wanted caramel coffee syrup I would order a iced caramel latte (I was a barista for a year, I'm aware of the differences). I explained to the barista and his response was "Oh, I thought the sauce was a mistake. Do you want me to make you another one?" Uh, yes, yes I do. I want what I ordered. It was made right away-no worries, tasted great. I thought I'd give this place another try so I again did the mobile app ordering. I go to P/u and I am the only one at the pick up counter. I stood there for 5 minutes before I was asked if I was a mobile order. Then was told I need to make a barista aware by grabbing their attention because they don't know why I'm waiting. If I was a barista working that day (one of the 5 behind the counter) I wouldn't want customers yelling for my attention. Ok, my bad. Guess what, drink is wrong-again! Grabbed another barista and he fixed it. He was nice and we talked about the mobile app issues regarding customizing drinks. Meanwhile, I received snarky faces from the gentlemen who told me I needed to grab someone's attention next time I mobile order. I walk out new drink is good. However, my daughter is missing her cookie. Had to go back in-again. Husbands black tea lemonade was wrong and at that point I just gave up. I'll NEVER visit this location again. BTW, no apologies were ever given. Management needs to provide better training. Although, if a label reads exact customer order I'm not sure how to improve upon the baristas skills. Awful experience. My drink tasted like there was no coffee added to it, took 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me, and they never gave me any of the change I was due!! I really liked this Sbux location, however, lately I have seen it decline. I usually come around 5:45 in the morning & last week when I stopped in the door was locked. There were about 5 employees working & it took over 2 minutes for someone to come unlock the door. This morning when I stopped in the barista who rang me up rolled her eyes at me when I apologized for not hearing her correctly right away. Also, one of the baristas yesterday told my friend to put her own creamer in when she ordered an americano with cream. Very disappointed lately. read more

I am not trying to be pretentious but I would say as I former employee of Starbucks, I know the customer service expectations of this company. That being said, I asked if there was Blonde Roast and the barista said "no." I know she could have done a pour-over...but no big deal! Next, a woman who was waiting on her drink for quite awhile said, "is this a latte?" The employee responded "...I think so." They were out of 2% and skim milk at the service bar so they had to refill both which shows a lack of provocativeness on their part but when someone asked if their was Sugar in the Raw, the employee asked them twice to check the little area with the basket...which they replied, "I checked, there is none." So, another customer reached under the station and pulled out the sugar for them. When an employee came over to check everything, their friend started playing loud music and showed them a video on their phone while customers were waiting to be helped.
