This was a super efficient Starbucks (at least on the day I visited). I ordered my drink on the app, and got in the drive-through line. Even though the line was long, it was moving fairly quickly. They were able to easily find my order and I pulled up to the window and my drink was handed to me and off I went. The one downside of ordering ahead is the drink my be sitting a while before you get to the window to pick it up. My frappechino was slightly melted when I got it, but otherwise, this was a good experience and I'd come here again. read more

WHAT!? For context, I like to bike around milton, and I usually stop here, as starbmucks gives out water for free. my water bottle ran out today, and i was really hot and thirsty. I used the rest of my energy to get here, and I had been here and hour before, they gave me a large water with ice. I get here, ibly for the guy to straight up lie in my face and say they don't give out free waters. 3/10. Don't bother coming here. read more

Another good quality store, Run by my bud Jason... Quick, friendly service, and they listen and recall your order before proceeding to make it. The only negative (although it is no fault of Starbucks) is the insanity that ensues with drivers who think they are privileged to take the whole darn road while you wait on the side to let them pass. I didn't catch the employees name,he was tall and had glasses on but I saw him be disrespectful to his co-worker and saw a tray fly in the air along with yelling at her. The cashier was incredibly rude. I was trying to order my coffee and my 4yr old took out a few of the green cup stoppers while I was paying and the cashier snatched them from him saying they were not toys, then slammed the whole container, of like 1000, in the trash. Sure they are not toys, but they also should not be out for any customer to touch. read more

This store is close to my home and work, so I occasionally stop in when I need to get a change of scenery and concentrate. It usually backfires though, because this location is inordinately noisy. In particular, they jack up the annoying music that all Starbucks inevitably have on tap, and, their staff seems really loud. Maybe it's just me, but c'mon. Today, I went so far as to ask them to turn down the music. I'm pretty sure they turned it up. It could just be that they want us to buy our coffee and skee-daddle. If that's the strategy, they are nailing it. Final thoughts: Do anyone else's clothes have that funky and unique smell after spending a couple minutes in a Starbucks? The service at this Starbucks is horrendous! They usually short you on how full they pour your cup as well. I have asked several times when they appear to give me less than a "tall" when I have ordered a "grande". I recommend never stopping at this location. I wouldn't normally review a Starbucks, but I have never been to one where the wait had been so bad. As I sit here and write this, I am still waiting for a simple latte. And I've already been waiting for nearly 20 minutes. And I was just advised that there are two drinks in front of me. How does this happen at this starbucks? I travel for work, and they all do the same work with the same processes, and have a lot higher volume of business. I do not get why this location is so very slow. Mind you, there are not a lot of people standing in front of me, nor is this place especially busy. Ice seen far busier locations move a lot faster. After the Flea Fling at Hembree Farms was a bit of a bust (more like Grandma's yard sale than the advertised flea market), my friend and I decided to continue our long overdue catch-up date over a cup of coffee. Seeing as we were in the 'burbs, that meant Starbucks. This is a tiny Starbucks, tucked away in a busy strip mall. Parking was a bit tight, but they also have a drive-thru if you prefer to wait from the comfort of your gas-guzzling SUV. Though they were hopping, we were able to snag a small table, and enjoyed catching up over frappuccino's (light) and brownies (definitely not light). I fear that Urban Cannibals in East Atlanta has ruined me on brownies. While the one I had here was certainly fine, it just cannot compare to the awesomeness that is the brownie at Urban Cannibals. The barristas here were great though. They kept things moving and had a great friendly banter going with almost all the customers. These guys are consistently good at making drinks. Nothing exceptional in either direction, but a solid Starbucks. Parking is tight and limited and the drive thru is funky because it sits in a strip mall so you have to go all the way around the back to come around, but service has always been spot on. Inside has a fairly large area to sit and outside seating on the corner is fun to watch the traffic and enjoy the afternoon. read more

This Starbucks used to be super convenient for me as it was on the way to my boyfriend's house. I swear my car just drove itself there sometimes. He recently moved, but this location is still the closest to me, so I'm there somewhat often. The parking situation here is awful. There have been times where I would've liked to park and set up shop to get some work done, but just ended up going through the drive-thru and going back home. You can park around back and trek up to the entrance, but even that lot is crowded sometimes. The inside is fairly spacious (especially compared to some other locations) and I don't think I've ever not been able to snag a seat when I needed it, but most of the time I'm in and out anyway, so I don't really notice how crowded it is. The baristas are always pleasant, quick at making drinks, and I've never had a problem with any of them, except for one who insisted on correcting me every time I ordered a certain drink. Apparently I said the words out of order. Caramel frappuccino light? Caramel light frappuccino? I can't even remember, but I seriously stopped ordering the drink because of him. Rule number one of customer service should probably be "don't make the customer feel like an idiot." I don't think he works there anymore because I haven't seen him lately, but seriously dude, you knew what I meant, get over yourself. One time they forgot about me and my drink for a LONG time, but were super apologetic and gave me a coupon for a free drink, so I didn't mind. The Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee. I come here before I go across the street to teach guitar lessons, and its a perfect spot to get on the internet, and check my email and such and be able to relax before going about my day. Its really open not alot of clutter, and a nice comfy couch on one side with power outlets underneath so no one has to trip on power cords of all the cool kids writing on their laptops, like me. Right now. Granted it is Starbucks, but sometimes I find that it helps me out when I need a break to relax. But parking is tight. Thank God I have a small car. read more

I love this starbucks but that may have to do with the fact that they recognize my face when I walk in. Walkin can be slow when they're busy at the window, especially some mornings i.e. Sunday, Monday, etc. It has a nice layout and I've sat here for hours on end to study. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I like my drinks super sweet and they're great at making it just the way I want it. Parking sucks though. read more
