Big fan of their winter special latte! Such a cool ambiance and location right next to all the shops in crabapple. I've worked from here a few times and it is open/bright/quiet. Big fan!

What a great concept! I don't own a bike, but I do love me some good coffee. So, this review is solely about their coffee and service. I've passed by this shop a few times, so when I was in the area for an errand, I decided to finally stop and check it out. There's a few parking spots available in the gravel lot next to the cafe. I was greeted upon entering by a gentleman behind the counter all the way in the back of the building. I walked over there, looked over the drink menu and the gentleman let me know that they also carry oat milk as a milk substitute. Yes, my fave! I ordered an iced oat milk latte and was in and out in around five minutes. They serve Stumptown coffee which is a good, solid coffee. Loved it!

I'm sure most people know this is a bike shop/coffee place, but I was surprised to learn they also serve beer, but I wouldn't recommend drinking and riding on Crabapple, which can be extremely hazardous with its disappearing bike lanes and shoulders and heavy traffic. If you're into Cannondales like I am, this is the place to go. Sean (Shawn?) the owner is even into restoring vintage Cannondales, which is extremely cool IMO. They have a great selection of bikes and parts, a friendly, knowledgeable staff, and did I mention, they have beer? This is my new favorite local bike shop.

What an awesome shop! I grew up around the area and remember when they first opened but I never stepped foot inside until recently. I own a junk removal business and recently came across some old bicycles. I decided to take them in to see if I could get them fixed up and I was amazed by the customer service that I was provided. Not knowing much about bicycles, Shaune was extremely informative and told me everything I needed to know about the old bicycles and how much it would cost to have them fixed up. The price was fair and the service was provided in a timely fashion. I am beyond satisfied with the work that they have done to make an on old unrideable bicycle seem brand new! Thanks again to Shaune and Ian for helping me out and getting a new rider on the road!

Awesome bicycle shop that serves Stumptown Coffee (which is about the best coffee you'll find anywhere).

And while I was on the phone, the tech noticed me, but then started mumbling to his coworker about me being on the phone in a way that was clearly meant for me to hear it and at the same time essentially talking crap about me being on the phone, almost as if he was feeling like I was somehow disrespecting him. It was a very strange vibe that I started to feel. It was clear to me from his attitude and what I could hear him saying was that somehow I was either annoying him or bothering him because I was on my phone. After about 30 seconds got off the phone and said excuse me to the service tech who turned around and looked at me in a very dismissive way, basically told me to wait and turned and walked away. The vibe and the tone was clear to me that he wanted to somehow show me now that he had either the power or authority in this weird exchange that should never have existed. I turned around and walked out of the store and I'm taking my bike to another service shop and I'll never go there again nor ever shop there. Good riddance to these guys a note to the owner of the business; I was just getting ready to drop anywhere between 3K to 5k on a new bike. Good to know that your service text are causing people to walk out of your business, losing both the service revenue and a future sale in a business where the profit margins are extremely tight

Find a sporting goods or hardware store, and harmlessly cruise the aisles, stopping every once in a to pick up an item, scrutinize it, shake one's head, and put it back, maybe even in the right place that it came from. ş So, I plodded along until I was standing in front of the fishing reel counter. I saw it then. A small micro-sized spinning reel with a large yellow sticker that declared "Clearance! $35". I tried various angles to see what information I could obtain visually, but some evil genius had positioned it in such a way as to make it impossible to develop a buying interest without paging a sales clerk to the area. I reflexively glanced at the time on my cellphone: 3:44pm. So, I67 began my search for an associate to help me. 3:50. Nary a soul in sight..Then, I spotted a Press For Service button beside the live bait cooler so I pressed it: 3:57. While I was waiting I thought about all the times I had found items of interest to me in their flyers, only to discover that store and internet sales were both out of stock. In fact, I had never scored a single item from their ads, out of dozens of attempts. Finally a young woman bustled up. No key to open the display counter. 4:06m. She located a manager, who opened the display and handed me my reel. I liked it so off to checkout. Time:4:28pm. Time to purchase a little fishing reel came to 31 minutes. But, hey, that's better than it might've been at Wally World.
