This isn't my normal Starbucks that I go to, but it was on my way. I ordered my usual drink, which is a Venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with an extra shot. The other two Starbucks that I frequent, which are in Golden, have never made this drink as good as this location made it. It was absolutely perfect. When I order an extra shot in my coffee, I expect it to have a strong espresso flavor. After tasting this, I think that my usual Starbucks places leave out the extra shot, but charge me for it, because it always tastes mostly of milk and hardly of espresso. This drink was a rich Java color and I could see the added shot in the drink. The young man working the drive-thru greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. I have been inside of this location once before and I like the way that the seating is set up as well as the retail area. Everything seemed clean and organized. I think from now on I will spend the extra 10 or 15 minutes it takes me to get here and make this my go to Starbucks! read more

If we could give this place a 10 stars we would. The customer service was amazing and they were so kind and caring. One of the people in our group has a hard name to spell but they got it right without any problems or having it be spelled.One of the workers complimented one of the people in our group witch made her day. We had a wonderful experience and we were happy to see the workers are bringing joy to the community. Also spreading kindness and cheer to others during the holiday season. This store cannot get with the program when it comes to a Starbucks and their signature fast service. They are the slowest and worst Starbucks in the area. I've only been there a few times and I regret it each time. The drive thru is slower than molasses. Get it together Arvada. read more

Friendly staff. Place is really dirty. Hand prints all over front doors and Crumbs galore/ tables, floor, window sills. Looks like someone mopped the floor with a wet mop without cleaner and just spread dirt. Was there at 8:30 am on a Sunday. Great location but come on guys. Quit standing around when not busy and clean. read more

This is not the first time this has happened but it is my first time giving this particular Starbucks a negative review. My husband specifically told them how he liked his triple espresso macchiato made with just a couple table spoons of heavy cream. Of course it was super heavy and he asked very politely to have them remake it-he got his new drink and thanked them and the girl at the drive thru just turned her back on him and just ignored him-as if it was his fault that they made the drink wrong! I am consistantly overcharged at this location. It is more expensive than other starbucks in the area for the same drinks. The service is lacking and the staff is snippy. I am insanely disappointed that this location is consitantly more expensive than other places in the area. It sucks that it is the closest one to my work. Not worth it. As a fellow barista and former Starbucks barista, I am sad to say...8/10 of my drinks come out tasting terrible and it just seems to be this Starbucks. I'm usually in a rush and on my way to work when I stop here, otherwise I would turn around and take my drinks back. It's a waste of money and time and I will no longer stop here. I've given it too many chances thinking maybe it's just bad luck, but they continue to disappoint. Their service may be fast, but their lattes are terrible. read more

I decided to treat my wife and I to a nice Starbucks after being indoors for the past couple days thanks to our Easter snowfall. The lobby is closed currently but the drivethru is open. I ordered my favorite Grande skinny vanilla and specifically said NO FOAM. If I'm paying premium prices for coffee I want to have a full cup! I took my drink and it felt really light, so I looked inside to see that it was at least 50% foam. I really didn't want to complain, but seriously, I got a half a cup of coffee for my 6 bucks! I parked and went back to the lobby door and it was actually open. The guy who responded was nice but he told me for any service I would need to get back in line - there were 6 cars and I didn't have the time to wait AGAIN for what should have been done in the first place. I just get tired of the attitude that Starbucks has that as a customer I should feel privileged that they took the time to make me a drink.
