There are multiple Starbucks locations at ATL airport. Since Yelp doesn't put the concourse or gate info in the address, this review is for the Concourse B, Gate 15 location. During my most recent trip on a Delta Airlines red-eye flight, I made a stop at ATL for a layover. I stopped here to get some coffee before waiting at my gate for my next flight. As to be expected at about 6 am, there was a huge line of people waiting to place their order. As per the usual, I skipped that line and placed my order on the mobile app. I ordered my usual, tall flat white. After a short wait, my drink was ready. The quality of my coffee was on par with what I've come to expect from any Starbucks. read more

The wait here was crazy!! It was a very good thing I had 2 hours before my flight. They were very understaffed and went long tame without taking orders. (Because of the mobile orders and only having two people behind the counter.) they were constantly trying to catch up. While waiting for my early flight to Indy, I decided to get a matcha latte from Starbucks. The line was not too long at this kiosk and the girl who took my order was very professional and friendly. I waited for my oatmeal, which only took a few minutes. I did have to wait a bit for my matcha latte because it was busy and packed, but eventually I did get it and it was wonderful! The barista prepared it the way I liked it. This was a wonderful Starbucks kiosk and the staff knew what they were doing, so that made it all worthwhile for my experience. If I am at concourse C at Hartsfield Atlanta Airport, I will stop by here again for a latte. read more

It didn't take long for me to realize why this Starbucks has such a low rating. After waiting over 10 minutes and watching customers that ordered well after me get their drink, I finally got my drink. I ordered a banana bread matcha latte with oat milk. The cold foam on top is what gives it the banana bread flavor and my first few sips contained clumpy bits of the power they use to make the foam. Not great. For how long I waited I would have hoped that my drink was made well. Overall service was slow and the quality was low. read more

Come to find out they were telling everyone they could only offer coffee and tea but there was nothing wrong with t their machines. Mobile ordering you could still order normal drinks. The latte was weak, I dont they put enough expresso in it! I had three people in front of me and it took 20 minutes from order to pickup. There were a lot of mobile orders and if the coffee were any good I would do mobile order next time. There seemed to be plenty of employees but perhaps becauae they are from a food staffing service they arent trained in coffe brewing? I would have to be desperate to go there again, not saying never, just very unlikely to return as there are other coffee companies at the airport. read more

This is by far the worst customer service experience I've had. Not only are they exaggeratedly slow, but the staff's attitude is completely unacceptable. I placed a simple order for a single brownie at 4:40 PM. After paying, I moved to the pickup area and watched the order screen. My name went from "received" to "in progress" fairly quickly, where it sat for 8 long minutes, and then finally moved to "ready." However, by that point, a total of 17 minutes had passed since I ordered and paid. When I asked one of the employees about my order, she looked at me with complete indifference. I repeated, "I've been waiting over 15 minutes for a brownie," and her only response was a dismissive, "Did you want it warmed up?" I told her no one had even bothered to ask me that when I ordered. Honestly, given the massive delay, I assumed they were back there kneading the dough and baking it from scratch. It took another 3 minutes for her to return with the brownie--which was completely cold, as if it had just been pulled straight out of a refrigerator--and she handed it over with a terrible, rude attitude. I understand this is a high-traffic airport location where they assume they'll always have customers regardless of performance, but the sheer lack of respect and awful service make it an horrible experience. Avoid this location if you can. You can get a great coffee with a good service and a smile few steps away! read more

Concourse C. Can someone fire the entire staff? They don't want to be there. Cashier had attitude that I walked up when she was on phone. They got MOST orders wrong while I was waiting. CONCOURSE B BY GATE B15 there are two locations and another one in Concourse C. I would suggest trying anyone besides this one.. rudest staff ever open time 5 am two staff members Ashley and Erica are in the dark talking to each other, adjusting things and Erica actually opened a canned drink @ 505 wow it's 10 people in line and the lights are still off at the Starbucks. 510 finally the lights come on with no apology or explanation for the delay as we all stand in line watching them walk around i in front of us for 11 minutes Ashley who seemed to be extremely tired at the very start of the day and angry for a reason unbeknownst to any of the customers "what's your order" no salutation, no acknowledgment. After ordering they were out of several things. There was no cold brew coffee. Unsure if they have certain sandwiches multiple needed ingredients for drink drinks not there.. yet Ashley is the person frustrated. again speaking to her other disgruntled coworker, Erika and earshot of all of us to hear that someone called out and that "they will have to just wait" referring to the customers. HONORABLE mention to Candace I think that was her name She was the only employee back there out of the three of them who never spoke about the customers and never spoke about other employees and was just doing her job. Waited 10 minutes for a cold brew as I saw my drink sit there and many people who were behind me in line getting their drinks. SMH....(deep breath). I don't drink any of the crap that comes out of this franchise, but I recently visited Japan and their drinks were made with real fruit and the taste was EXCELLENT. I'm at the airport in Atlanta and decided to get one drink that had Dragon fruit and another that had Strawberries. The pics on the menu board made them look so delicious but it was anything but that. The drinks were flat and the fruit bits in each drink were fake. They were freeze dried fruit and crunchy like that of crackers. Only in America do they serve us the fake stuff. This re-solidified my discontent with this crap. read more

Posted a photo of my $6 bacon Gouda sandwich which was microwaved to about 3000 degrees - way hotter than my Triple Mocha. I don't mind the price - but look at the photo ... you'll understand. Here's the thing: my personal experience was very good, all things considered. But some of other customers that I waited with, I felt so bad for them that I feel the need to warn y'all. Firstly, ORDER ON MOBILE. If you don't have it, get it. The line to order is crazy long in the morning and I heard the baristas say it themselves: mobile orders & ones placed in person all get printed by the same machine in whatever order it receives it, so ordering on mobile is basically like skipping the whole in-person line. I placed a mobile order and was in the gate across the hall, so I heard them when they said my name loud & clear. Despite the long line, I got my drink within 10-15 minutes. My drink was made correctly (although it had no changes, so I didn't expect it to be too difficult), and the baristas were polite & thorough about what to do with my sandwich when they were out of double-smoked bacon. I also saw them asking other customers who'd ordered drinks with pumpkin in it (they were out of pumpkin) what they would like instead, which I thought was nice. Considering that they're probably paid close to minimum wage and it's 5:30 in the morning, and there's 50 billion people waiting to order and 50 billion more waiting for their order, I wouldn't have expected them to do all that. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my sandwich. No big deal, they look very busy. But some of the people I'm waiting with are starting to get very frustrated, and for good reason. Many had lined up before the place opened at 5, and were still there 40 minutes later waiting for food. One girl was just waiting for a croissant, which is crazy considering that's just in the front food case. There were a couple other people near me who'd ordered the same double-smoked bacon sandwich and said they'd been waiting 40 minutes. I ordered around 5:35 am, so at least 30 minutes after them, but I was still asked first about what I'd like instead of the double-smoked bacon, and I got my sandwich way before everybody else. I felt so bad and I tried to trade with somebody, saying I'd wait for their food instead, but they didn't like gouda (which was in the alternative sandwich I got). To sum it up, the people working are pretty nice, especially considering the circumstances (min wage & 5 am). However, there's issues with their operation/setup that really need to be addressed, because it's crazy to me that I was in & out within 15-20 minutes while several others had been there an hour. read more

This Starbucks was extremely slow resulting in my leaving my unprepared drink behind. I've counted four employees with one intermittently ringing up patrons and just one person making drinks. I left a $7 drink behind because none of them moved with urgency and I was going to miss my shuttle if I waited longer. This airport Starbucks is always out of reach for me because of its proximity to the security line. I always remember it's there once I'm in line for security, and I forget that I can't go back out once I'm through security. Limited seating, so this isn't your best place to sit around and wait for your flight or a delayed friend. However, my sister had a couple minutes to kill, so we luckily found a table to linger at. I stood in line for a good minute waiting to place my order. I hate getting in line behind families with little kids... Should they even be ordering drinks, yet?? I didn't have my first Starbucks drink until the late 2000's. The barista was SO out of it. I kept saying nonfat iced latte, and she kept responding with "you want it iced?" The other barista couldn't stand it after three tries, and went ahead with making my drink. They charged me for a tall iced latte and the level-headed, non-confused barista gave me a grande iced latte. Sometimes, I forget that Starbucks is supposed to have impeccable service standards like this, and this Starbucks isn't bad. If you've got a little time to kill, this may be the spot. read more

Lid wasn't secure, nearly spilled the piping hot coffee all over me when I sat down. Place is overstocked with sullenness. Huge deficit of service. Travel is stressful enough on its own. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) first the interior was very dirty then we ordered 3 drinks and they kept us waiting 1 HOUR FOR A LATTE! So when I went to the bathroom we said tell us when it was ready but when I came back I saw 7 cups on the table and when a customer said "which one" were mine he said "just take any one" and I think he stole my latte. 15 minutes later I was calling my sister to pick us up and she looked at a drink with a name on it but didn't call anyone for 5 minutes so I think someone stole it AGAIN and 15 minutes later I said where is it? the latte and she said "it's coming" another 15 minutes later I said where is it again she said again "it's coming" another 20 minutes later I HAD IT, I told the MANAGER and they finished the latte in 3 MINUTES WHILE WAITING 1 Hour!?!?!? Laugh all you want for writing a review about Starbucks because we alll know that Starbucks is the RULER of the World. Anyhow by far this is the BEST Starbucks I've ever been to. My white chocolate mocha with nonfat milk with light whip was the best mocha I ever had in my life. Not sure if it was the whip creme that they used or what but seriously it was just deliciousss! It totally hit the spot and I wish I would have gotten a grande, the service was good too. Long line but sooo worth it! read more
