I was at an A-gate today so I stopped by Coffee Bean! I got an Americano and added some cream to it. I appreciate that they had actual canisters of half and half to put in my coffee! Most other airport coffee shops only have the single-serve "coffee mate" creamers so it was great to have the real stuff here. The drink was pretty good! The staff wasn't friendly but they weren't outwardly rude either. The ambiance isn't great but it's an airport so it was as expected. read more

There was a coffee on the menu board that my mother wanted but we couldn't find it on the kiosk. We asked the two girls behind the counter who were both playing on their phones to help us find it on the kiosk and they angrily replied "it's on there". We checked again and it wasn't there so I told them again that we couldn't find it and they said "it's on there I don't know what to tell you." So we walked away. So incredibly rude. read more

This is the only remaining Coffee Bean location on the east coast, and I'm happy I was able to order from them during my layover! They used to have several locations in NYC but those shuttered back in 2022. I went to the one at Gate A12. I normally go with vanilla but decided to get a hazelnut latte. Espresso was delicious as always! Really hope since they were bought out by Jollibee they can come back to the Northeast. read more

This place had absolutely nobody in front of it so I thought oh my God how lucky. I stood in front of the woman who you see in this photo on her phone for a good six minutes. Between to waffles they place sausage, egg and cheese. They heat it in a microwave and serve it hot with a side of syrup. The waffle has a nice buttery/syrupy taste. So we're in the T terminal and this is my only option for coffee. First they have nothing but "the basics" so I had to change my order twice. I ended up just ordering one item instead of the two I originally planned to order. The two girls working back there lack even the tiniest bit of professionalism. I waited, and waited, and waited, meanwhile another airport worker comes along and they start chatting. So I asked them to please stop socializing long enough to make my drink. Of course I got plenty attitude after that, but honestly if my husband didn't want coffee, I'd have canceled the whole thing. It's ridiculous that they have zero customer service skills and their attitude is bad. Never again! I'll take the train to a different terminal to get coffee at Starbucks. read more

Needed a cup of coffee (pronto!) because we were flying a night flight...6 hours long! And the plane is always a little chilly. So, I decided to stop here because I couldn't spot a starbucks nearby and I was kinda lazy to walk anywhere else so here I am at this coffee shop! I ordered my coffee and it tasted great...It could've been a little hotter, temp wise. And the service...wasn't the best i've gotten but it wasn't the worst. But still, i'm a super nice person, regardless of what time of the day it is and I expect some great customer service. I stopped by here earlier today while on a layover at ATL. I had just gotten off my flight in from Anchorage and was looking for a good coffee to perk me up before my connection home. It seemed fortuitous to me that Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was on my short walk in-between gates. Since this shop is in the airport there is not much to say about it other than that there is an espresso machine pretty far up in the shop and so it is easy to watch them make your coffee. I decided to go with my usual drink, a large Americano. The barista had it ready within a few minutes of ordering and I was headed off to my gate. I can't say that I was a big fan of the coffee here as it tasted somewhat watered down and wasn't very rich. The one positive about it was that it wasn't bitter at all but that may have been due to the fact that it seemed under extracted. The bottom line for me is that I wouldn't head back here again in the future. My coffee just wasn't that good and I would hope that there is a much better place to get it in the airport. read more

I simply loved their hazelnut latte! Given some previous reviews I wasn't sure if I should get my coffee from here but I'm glad I did. Im a bit of a sweet tooth so the sweetness was perfect and I didn't need to add sugar! It was hot, and I loved that I can taste the hazelnut! Service was just okay but fast! read more

Honestly would recommend just skipping this one and going to Caribou or Dunkin, where you can get the same thing for half the price. Prices on the board are lower than what you're charged, and whether they're busy or not, you won't be greeted. I generally like this franchise but I felt like a huge inconvenience at this one. Also downside, they don't use the app which I expect to happen sometimes at locations like this, so this is understandable but a bummer. read more

Grabbed apple turnover and cup of latte. Turnover wasn't superior but it was actually better than I expected from a kiosk. Coffee was average, but it was drinkable without sugar, which is definitely a plus. I drink hot cocoa often and they have a pretty decent hot cocoa, especially for an airport. When I stopped by, the employees were very helpful -- answering all of my questions from type of milk to if dark chocolate was available. To my surprise and delight, dark chocolate was available! They did a great job and the beverage is quite tasty... A little pricey, but really good. If I were ever back in the Atlanta airport, I would certainly seek this place out again. read more

This is a small coffee shop near gate A12 and across from A11. There is no outside seating due to its proximity to the gates, which already have seating. The staff were very helpful and greeted us with a big smiles. There were only two ladies working behind the counter, one taking the orders and money and the other making the beverages. Both did an outstanding job and had a great/refreshing attitude. We ordered a hazelnut latte, which was absolutely delicious. The great part was that although there was a long line it came out very quickly and again with a smile. We would recommend stopping in to get your coffee fix. read more

The employees do not know how to use their espresso coffee machine. They don't take the time or temperatures to know when the coffee had a good extraction and the milk is ready. The employee just warmed up the milk. It took him almost a minute to remove the pitcher and serve the milk. And then they charge you $5 read more

I noticed two things immediately: 1. There was no line. 2. They had a variety of hot teas available. That was enough to seal the deal, when I needed a quick pick me up (minus the caffeine) and only a few minutes in between flights. This drink stop is located a little bit down on Concourse A, away from the crowds that stop at the very first shop before heading on to the next one. The guys behind the counter were friendly and fast, so while I only picked up a bottled water and jasmine tea, I was happy with the experience and really needed that hot pick-me-up. They also serve up quite a few coffee drinks, from espressos to lattes, so if you are in need of some caffeine, they have you covered as well. read more

It tasted like burnt coffee beans, with an absent-minded barista who was too exhausted to steam a fresh pitcher of milk. After three sips, all of it went straight into the trash. I was prepared for the worst given some of the recent reviews, but their dark roast coffee was hot, strong, and was on the counter ready, before I had even paid. Went to order a iced Chai tea latte before my flight. I ordered it at the cashiers front counter. The guy in the back didn't see comfortable so it sounded like to me it wasn't going to be a typical iced chai. When my drink arrived it was in the correct cup, with ice. The drink was half hot have luke warm. I swirled it around d to get it colder but the ice melted and it tasted like milk and coffee, not chai. And it was a $4.40 which is more than Starbucks. Seriously- is Atlanta's airport full of the most unfriendly employees ever or what?? Came here after grabbing a sandwich at Boar's Head, where my service (or lack there of) was equally appalling. Being a barista for 6 years I definitely know it's hard to be peppy and super happy ALL the time- but come on, at least try to be pleasant? I'm also fairly certain my latte didn't come with the standard 3 shots but the barista figured I didn't know any better regardless of the fact that I was watching her pull my shots. Ooph. Next time I'm just going to go to a ritzy restaurant to at least hopefully get what I pay for. Traveling is tiresome enough without receiving unsatisfactory customer service along the way. read more

You walk off your plane tired, you see a familiar tea and coffee place and tell yourself a cup of good americano will make things better. It lasts until you see how a barrista makes your cup with poor single shot of espresso in a grande cup topped with hot water. Horrible horrible experience... I'll pass on this next time and honestly, only stopped here because a Starbucks wasn't close by. They use powder to flavor your coffee which wasn't blended well and I had chunks of powder remaining in my beverage. Had to return it because I couldn't stomach it and of course, I was treated as if I was wrong or not a paying customer. To me, if you're using artificial powder to flavor coffee, that many times doesn't blend well, you should tell the customer up front. At a minimum, put it on the menu. I probably won't return unless I'm desperate for coffee again and find myself in this particular terminal. read more
