Well this was a major disappointment. Of course the coffee was fine and the servers semi-polite which is rude in the South. Anyhow food items were $2-3 more per item. My sandwich had mayo on it and it was pre-wrapped. Really? Tasted disgusting. Just a warning to all. Not all Starbucks are alike and obviously the food vendor is different. read more

I want to thank god for this Starbucks! Waited almost an hour at the iHop across the way for some service that never came so decided to go to Starbucks in order to not miss my flight! This was the fastest service at a Starbucks I've ever received! They made my drink (perfectly) right as I finished my order. I had a decaf latte and it was decaf as requested! I asked for no bacon in my sandwich and was given my sandwich with no bacon.... simple requests but tedious in other places. Amazing service and best Starbucks I've ever been too! read more

Not my cup of tea. I refuse to pay $7 for a grande cup of coffee. I always order a grande peppermint zebra mocha and they always charge it as a white mocha since that costs more than the regular mocha and it's the same amount of pumps, just divided in half. However, this location claims it's because they're not corporate that they charge differently. The girl at the register charged me for a white mocha drink, add mocha sauce and add peppermint syrup. I get adding the peppermint syrup but why add the mocha when I'm not asking for EXTRA mocha? It's the same amount.. When she rang me up I questioned her about it and decided that if that's how it was going to me, I will just simply get a grande white mocha. However, they had already made my drink and by the way, it was without peppermint. So imagine my surprise after knowing they would've charged me well over $7 for a drink that wasn't made to perfection. The person taking my order was great but after I receive my order I asked for a bag to put my food in. Because of neglect I was forced to ask several times. Finally a young man, very frustrated because of my request, went over and grab a bag that had been previously used and gave it to me. I walked away, when I noticed the bag had been used and it was dirty I went back to the counter and I asked a young lady could I please have another bag this bag is dirty and it has been used. She walked over and said something to one of her team members put the bag down and continue to do what she was doing. She did not respond or tell me what was in process. I asked a couple more times can I please have a bag. Finally the young man who gave me the first dirty bag stumped by me, went in the back grabbed a handful of new bags took one of the bags off the stack and slung it at me like it was a frisbee! I was distraught I could not believe this was happening at Starbucks! Starbucks is one of my favorite places to visit but I guess not at the Atlanta airport. What can you say about airport coffee shops besides the lines are long and the service is so so. I generally stop in for my go to cup(Grande White Chocolate Mocha) anytime I have a morning flight. It took care of my caffeine fix but there is definitely no pleasantries being shared here. read more

I did not have a good experience here. They did not have cream cheese for bagels. When I asked to have my bagel toasted, they are not equipped with a toaster. I asked them if they could at least make a latte. Lucky for me, they were able to come through on that one. It's hard to come off sounding like a jerk over this one, but the thing is, when Starbucks continues to over-entend its market saturation to the point that it's a quality control issue, it becomes a problem. This is the worst starbucks I've ever been too ! The customer service is terrible . They are all rude and couldn't care less about you or your order . Which ever lady that was taking orders on 12/26 at 11 am has no business having that job . I almost called her an Asshole. The two men after me and the lady before me were talking about her as well. I'm giving four stars for basically one reason: this is the largest airport Starbucks I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. Hell, the interior here is bigger than some non-airport Starbucks locations. It also has a very inviting atmosphere. Probably the best Starbucks I've visited in an airport, better than most outside. One star deduction because it's still Starbucks. read more

Standard Starbucks fare and coffee. This location has considerable outside seating that was generally used by smokers. If you like being outside you will likely have to deal with smoke as well. I was lucky to find a pair of cups my wife and I have been looking for so that was a plus. The staff is friendly and responsive. Very fast and accurate. The store was clean and easy to see from the road so its very easy to locate. read more

However, the one in the Atlanta airport had an employee in the line taking orders as we were waiting to pay for our drinks. Everytime I have come, I have had friendly service here. Just once, while I was waiting in line and my turn to order came up, the cashier ignored me to go and greet (I'm assuming an old employee or friend?) that had walked up to the side at the same time. They hugged, had a chat, all while I waited at the register for them to finish up their personal business. It was very rude and completely unprofessional, but like I said, this only happened once and I will assume she is not exactly their star employee. Drinks taste great, will return. I was at the Atlanta airport on July 13, 2012-this took place in Concourse D. I tried to buy a 12 pack of Starbucks instant coffee packets, and the girl at the cash resister said she had "no idea" how much it was. I showed her the barcode on the bottom, and asked her to scan it-she replied, "I don't have a scanner". I then asked her if she could ask someone else (the line is growing behind me), so she went to the back, and over a minute later, a male person came out and said he "thought it was $11 or $12 dollars, but I don't know for sure". It was about 10:50, and they must have been closing at 11 PM, but this was TERRIBLE customer service...I gave up... read more

On 15 July, 2014 my brother traveled through ATL and was delayed due to weather. My brother is by no means a "frequent" flyer as I am. As he was getting ready he grabbed his ID and I don't know how, but failed to grab cash...As I mentioned he is NOT a frequent flyer. He calls me to let me know he is stuck at the airport as Air Trans departed BWI late (weather) he missed his connecting flight to SFO by about 10 minutes. I mentioned to him to see IF anyone would take credit card information over the phone so I could get him something to eat...I know it was a long shot but at least I was willing to give it a try...no one would as you would expect. With that he goes to Starbucks on concourse C and explains his situation... he asked for a complimentary cup of coffee. This is where it gets UGLY. The young lady at the counter said in a NASTY tone, "NO" with a very ugly look upon her face so he tried another Starbucks and they informed him they don't do that, all with ATTITUDE. My major issue with Starbucks is the way in which they treated my brother. They treated him as if he was a homeless person on the streets begging and that was NOT the case. Not sure if they teach customer service at Starbucks but they might want to take lessons from Chick Fil La and Varsity C, the two establishments that gave my brother a meal. I'm in the process of trying to get the address of both establishments so that we can reimburse them for their generosity. I was a loyal member of Starbucks but after that cruel event I'm not so sure if I want to support an establishment that has such nasty customer service. There is a wrong way and right way to say NO, I've done it with smiles on my face plenty of times leaving the person with their dignity. OBTW, my brother was dressed very neat and in no way resembled a person trying to scam anyone. Starbucks ZERO, Chick Fil A and Varsity C 100!!!!
